Description
<B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent 1Vr. 157035. Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Azofarbstoffes. Gemäss dem Hauptpatent erhält man einen Azofarbstoff, wenn man 1 . 3 - Diamino - 4- nitrobenzol monodiazotiert und mit einem aus diazotierter 1. B - Aminonaphthol - 3. n disulfosäure und Resorcin erhältlichen Mono azofarbstoff kuppelt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man 1-Amino-4-nitrobenzol- 2-sulfosäure in bekannter Weise diozatiert, mit 3.5-Dioxybenzol-l-carbonsäure kuppelt und den so erhaltenen Monoazofarbstoff mit monodiazotiertem 1.3-Diamino-4-nitrobenzol kuppelt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 23,4 Teile 1-Amino-4-nitrobenzol-2-sulfo- säure werden in bekannter Weise diazotiert und die Diazoverbindung wird mit 15,4 Tei len 3. 5-Dioxybenzol-l-carbonsäure, die unter Zusatz von Soda in 500 Teilen Wasser ge löst ist, vereinigt. Dann werden 15,3 Teile 1.3-Diamino-4-nitrobenzol, wie im Haupt patent beschrieben, diazotiert und unter Küh lung dem vorher erhaltenen Monoazofarbstoff hinzugegeben, wobei die Lösung weiter alka lisch gehalten wird.
Der Farbstoff wird in der üblichen Weise aufgearbeitet; er bildet trocken ein dunkelbraunes Pulver und färbt Leder in schönen gelbbraunen Tönen an.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azo- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-Amino-4-nitrobenzol-2'-sulfosäure diazotiert, mit 3-. 5-Dioxybenzol-l-carbonsäure kuppelt und den so erhaltenen Monoazofarbstoff mit monodiazotiertem 1.3-Diamino-4-nitrobenzol behandelt. Der Farbstoff bildet trocken ein dunkel braunes Pulver und färbt Leder in schönen gelbbraunen Tönen an.
