Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Netz-, Wasch-, Emulgier- und Bispergiermittels. Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die Darstellung eines Netz-, Wasch-, Emulgier- un:
d Disperglermittels und ist dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass, man ein Gemisch aus iso- meren Di-Xylenyl-Glyzerinäthern (erhält lich zum Beispiel durch Einwirkenlassen von 1 Molekül Glyzerindichlorhydrin auf 2 Mole küle eines Gemisches isomerer Xylenole), n-Butanol und ein Sulfonierungsmittel auf einander einwirken lässt.
Beispiel: Zu der Mischung von 150 Teilen eines Gemisches aus isomeren Di-Xylenyl-Glyze- rinäthern (erhältlich zum Beispiel durch Einwirkenlassen von 1 Molekül Glyzerin dichlorhydrin auf 2 Moleküle eines Ge misches isomerer Xylenole) und 110 Teilen n-Butanol werden bei 15 bis 25 350 Teile Schwefelsäure 66 B6 zulaufen gelassen. Nach mehrstündigem Rühren bei 65 bis <B>85'</B> C ist ,die Masse wasserlöslich und zeigt ausgezeichnete Netzwirkung.
Das neue Produkt stellt eine bräunliche, viskose Flüssigkeit dar, deren wässerige Lö sung neutral reagiert. Es soll in der Textil-, Leder-, Papier-, sowie in andern Industrien Verwendung finden.
