Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Oxydationsproduktes eines schwefelhaltigen Derivates aliphatischer höherer Kohlenwasserstoffe. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Oxydations produktes eines schwefelhaltigen Derivates aliphatischer höherer Kohlenwasserstoffe, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man das sowohl schwefelhaltige als auch basische stickstoff haltige Gruppen enthaltende Schwefelungs- produkt,
das man durch Erhitzen eines Hexa- chlorhartparaffins mit einer methylalkoholi- schen Ammoniaklösung und Erhitzen des so erhaltenen ungesättigten und chlorhaltigen Produktes mit einer Alkalisulfhydratlöaung gemäss schweizer. Patent 158438 erhält, mit Salpetersäure oxydiert.
Das neue Oxydationsprodukt ist ein gelb licher halbfester Körper, der in Wasser wenig, in verdünnten Säuren nicht, in verdünnten Alkalilösungen leicht löslich ist. Es enthält ungefähr eine Sulfogruppe und den Gesamt stickstoff des Ausgangsmaterials. Aus alkali schen Lösungen kann das Natronsalz durch Aussahen in Form eines gelblichen, dicken Öles erhalten werden. Das neue Oxydations produkt soll als Hilfsprodukt für verschiedene textilistische Zwecke Verwendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 21 Teile eines sowohl schwefelhaltigen als auch basische stickstoffbaltige Gruppen enthaltenden Schwefelungsproduktes, :las man durch Erhitzen eines Hexachlorhartparaffins mit einer rnethylalkoholischen Ammoniak lösung und Erhitzen des so erhaltenen unge sättigten und chlorhaltigen Produktes mit einer Alkalisulfhydratlösung gemäss schweizer. Patent 158438 erhält, werden mit 50 Teilen Tetrachlorkohlenstoff vermischt.
In die 11Ii- schung lässt man unter gutem Rühren 6,5 Teile konzentrierte Salpetersäure langsam bei 50-601' einlaufen, wobei sich alsbald das Reaktionsprodukt in Form eines gelblichen Öles ausscheidet. Nach Beendigung der Stick- oxydentwicklung trennt man das Öl vom Tetrachlorkohlenstoff, wäscht mit Tetrachlor- kohlenstoff nach und trocknet kurz im Vakuum. Man erhält etwa 23 Teile eines gelblichen, halbfesten Produktes. Die neue Verbindung liegt anscheinend in Form eines inneren Salzes vor.
