Les becsIl et 12 s'appuient respectivement sur des cames rotatives13 et 14, qui sont identiques, mais déplacées par exemple, l'une par rapportà l'autre de180 ". Les cames -sont montées- sur un même arbre 15; cet arbre porte une roue dentée16, en grenant en permanence avec une roue17; cette roue17 est solidaire de l'organe m.- obile d'un moteurà induction constitué par un disque18 et un circuit magnétique19. 20 et 21 sont des contacts électriques respecti- veinent commandés par les cames13 et 14;
Lorsque l'appareil de eommande 22 est placé dans la même boîte que le compteur, on peut, pour simplifier, supprimer les con tacts 20 et 21; il suffit dans ce cas de faire agir directement les cames13 et 14 respec- tivernent sur les contacts en23 et 24;
'on évite ainsi d'avoir deux contacts en série sur chaque circuit de commande du moteur d'en- traineinent; cette simplification est particu lièrement avantageuse quand l'appareil de commande est un relais commandéà distance, car il suffit alors, suivant le cas, soit d'ou vrir soit d'empêcher de se fermer le contact en #3 ou 24 lorsque la came13 ou 14 occupe la position convenable.
Electro-mechanical control device applicable in particular in multiple tariff meters. We are well aware of the principle according to which we change at will the timer which is driven by a counter, either by means of control clocks, or by means of systems remote command using in particular common signaling keys superimposed on ordinary distribution networks.
When rate changes are controlled by clocks, electromagnets are generally used to effect the clutch, or release maneuvers. and when superimposed signaling currents are used, either electromagnets controlled by contact relays, or < B> à real servo-motors mechanically operating the rate changes.
The present invention relates to an electro - mechanical control device applicable in particular in multiple rate meters , this device comprising, in order to effect rate changes, a servo motor arranged to be started, as the case may be, for example either by a clock or by a with contact relay, sensitive to superimposed currents, and to cause successively and separately the engagement or disengagement between the motor mechanism of the eonipteur and the various recording timers, means being provided to produce the automatic stopping of the servomotor when the corresponding recording timer to </ B > the special control condition of the device.
control is engaged.
The invention is applicable regardless of the number of multiple tariffs to meters.
The arinexed drawing represents, schematically and to by way of example, a form of execution of the object of the attention applied in a double tariff meter. 1 and 2 are two shafts driven continuously with the slowing down desired by the mobile of the counter; these shafts carry respectively pinions 3 and 4 capable of meshing with the toothed wheels 5 and 6, respectively, linked to the two ininutries different recordings. The shaft 1 is carried by a lever 7 pivoted in 9 and terminated by a spout 11. The shaft 2 is carried by a lever 8 pivoted in 10 and terminated by a nozzle 12.
The slats Il and 12 are based respectively on rotary cams 13 and 14, which are identical, but displaced for example, one relative to to < / B> the other of 180 ". The cams -are mounted - on the same shaft 15; this shaft carries a toothed wheel < B> 16, by continuously grinding with a wheel 17; this wheel 17 is integral with the member m. - obile of a induction motor consisting of a disc 18 and a magnetic circuit 19. 20 and 21 are respectively controlled electrical contacts by cams 13 and 14;
the contact 20 is disposed so to to be closed when the pinion 3 is not in engagement with the wheel 5 and to be open otherwise; similarly, contact 21 is said to be placed so to to be open when pinion 4 is in mesh with wheel 6 and to to be closed otherwise. Cams 13 and 14 are set so that contacts 20 and 21 are never simultaneously open.
22 is a control device, - that is to say a clock or a relay controlled from remotely - 23 and 24 are two fixed contact parts respectively connected to the aforementioned contacts 20- and 21; 25 is a movable contact part which, depending on the position of the clock or the control relay, establishes contact with 23 or 24; 26 and 27 are respectively the two power supply terminals of the assembly and therefore represent the distribution sector.
The operation of the whole is easy to understand.
In the position shown in the drawing, the pinion 4 is engaged by gravity or under the effect of a spring with the wheel 6 and the counter (not shown in the drawing) drives the timer d 'recording integral with the wheel 6; in this position, the control part 25 establishes contact at 24 and contact 21 is open; on the other hand, contact 20 is closed.
When the control part 25 then establishes contact at 23 ' the current is put on the winding 19 of the motor through the switch contact 20 closed; the disc 18 starts up, driving the shaft 15 and, consequently, the cams 13 and 14 with the desired slowdown; the engine stops when the contact 20 is open, i.e. in the position where the cam 13 allows the clutch of the pinion 3 with wheel 5; in this position the solid state recording timer of wheel 5 is engaged, but pinion 4 is disengaged with wheel 6 and that contact 21 is closed.
When the control device 22 is placed in the same box as the meter, it is possible, for simplicity, to omit the contacts 20 and 21; in this case, it suffices to make the cams 13 and 14 act directly on the contacts at 23 and 24;
this avoids having two contacts in series on each control circuit of the driving motor; this simplification is particularly advantageous when the control device is a relay controlled from remotely, because it is then sufficient, depending on the case, either to open or prevent the contact from closing by # 3 or 24 when cam 13 or 14 is in the correct position.
It is also possible to place on the 15 tree an auxiliary recording timer intended to count the number of revolutions of this tree and which thus allows to </ B > check, at at a given time, what was the number of price changes.
- The advantages of the device described result in particular from the elimination of the electro-magnets generally used in the counters with multiple tariffs and which, except for special precautions, always tend B> to vibrate and therefore to make noise; furthermore, the drive motor is only under current when the tariff changes and this eliminates the permanent current consumption.
The foregoing description is not restrictive and is intended only to present one embodiment of the subject of the invention; it goes without saying that we can make the contacts, controlled here by the cams 13, 14, by any other known means, than the drive motor, the control device, the number of recording timers can be any.
