Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhalten kann, wenn man den Azofarbstoff aus diazotierter 4-Sulfo- 2-aminobenzol-l-karbonsäui-e und 1-(2'.4' Dimethyl-6'-snlfo-)phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazo- lon mit chromabgebenden Mitteln behandelt.
Der erhaltene metallhaltige Farbstoff stellt ein dunkelgelbes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit gelber Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem Bade in lichtechten gelben Tönen färbt. <I>Bespiel:</I> 55,4 Teile des Azofarbstoffes aus diazo- tierter 4-Stilfo-2-amiriobenzol-l-kar@bonsäure und 1-(2'#4'-Dimethyl-6'-sulfo-)pher)yl-3- methyl-5-pyrazolori werden mit 500 Teilen Wasser und 108 Teilen einer 12 /oigen Chrom fluoridlösung einige Stunden unter Rückfluss zum Sieden erhitzt.
Der durch Koch salzzu- gabe abgeschiedene Farbstoff wird abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Process for the production of a new metal-containing dye. It has been found that a new metal-containing dye can be obtained if the azo dye is obtained from diazotized 4-sulfo-2-aminobenzene-1-carboxylic acid and 1- (2'.4 'dimethyl-6'-snlfo-) phenyl -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone treated with chromium-releasing agents.
The metal-containing dye obtained is a dark yellow powder which dissolves in water with a yellow color and dyes wool from an acid bath in lightfast yellow tones. <I> Example: </I> 55.4 parts of the azo dye from diazo- tated 4-stilfo-2-amiriobenzene-l-carboonic acid and 1- (2 '# 4'-dimethyl-6'-sulfo-) pher) yl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolori are heated to boiling under reflux for a few hours with 500 parts of water and 108 parts of a 12% chromium fluoride solution.
The dyestuff separated out by the addition of cooking salt is filtered off and dried.
