Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Gewinnung    eines therapeutisch wertvollen Produktes.    Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung von     Chlor-4-(n-          Octyl-1')-resorcin.     



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Darstellung von     Dichlor-          4-(n-hexyl-1')-resorcin.    Das Verfahren , ist  dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf     4-(n-          Hexyl-1')-resorciri    ein     Chlorierungsmittel    in  mindestens     dimolekularem    Verhältnis einwir  ken lässt. Als     Chlorierungsmittel    verwendet  man zweckmässig     Sulfurylchlorid,    auch kann  man freies Chlor, zweckmässig in Gegenwart der  üblichen Katalysatoren, wie Eisen     bezw.    Ei  senchlorid, zur Anwendung bringen.

   Die  Reaktion kann in Gegenwart oder Abwesen  heit     eines        Lösemittels,    wie Chlorbenzol,     Ni-          trobenzol        oder-Ligroin    oder     Tetrachlorkohlen-          stoff    und dergleichen ausgeführt werden. Das  so erhältliche     Dichlor-4-(n-hexyl-1')-resorcin     siedet unter 0,5 mm Druck bei 145  . Es ist  in Wasser kaum löslich, löst sich aber in  Natronlauge,     Natriumcarbonatlösung    und in    organischen Lösemitteln. Das neue Produkt  soll therapeutische Anwendung finden.  



       Beispiel:     13     gr        4-(n-Hexyl-1')-resorcin    werden fein  gepulvert und in 26     gr    frisch destilliertes       Sulfurylchlorid,    das sich in einem mit Rück  flusskühler versehenen Kolben befindet, ein  getragen. Es tritt starke Reaktion ein. Man  lässt 10 Stunden stehen. Dann erwärmt man  noch 1-2 Stunden ohne Kühler auf dem  Wasserbad und destilliert im Hochvakuum.  Das so erhaltene     Dichlor-4-(n-hexyl-1')-resor-          cin    siedet unter 0,5 mm Druck bei 145  .  Es löst sich in Natronlauge und     Sodalösung.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung von Dichlor- 4-(n-hexyl-1')-resorcin, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man auf 4-(n-Hexyl-1')-resorcin ein Chlorierungsmittel in mindestens dimoleku- larem Verhältnis zur Einwirkung bringt. Das so erhältliche Dichlor-4-(n-hexyl-1')- resorcin siedet unter 0,5 mm Druck bei 1450. UNTERANSPRÜCHE: 1. Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Sulfurylchlorid als Chlorierungsmittel Verwendung findet. 2.
