Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes der Diogazinreihe. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes der Dioxazinreihe, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1 Mol Chloranil mit 2 Mol 3-Aminophenanthren in Gegenwart eines hochsiedenden Lösungs mittels langsam bis zum Sieden erhitzt und die so erhältliche Verbindung sulfiert.
Die so erhältliche Dioxazinsulfosäure löst sich mit Wasser in violetter Farbe und färbt die tierische, pflanzliche und künstliche Faser in blaustichig violetten Tönen von hervor ragenden Echtheitseigenschaften. <I>Beispiel</I> 19,3 Gewichtsteile 3-Aminophenanthren und 14 Gewichtsteilen Chloranil werden .in 300 -Gewichtsteile Nitrobenzol langsam bis zum Sieden erhitzt. Man lässt 1 Stunde kochen und saugt das ausgeschiedene Reaktions produkt bei 120 0_ C ab und wäscht mit Nitro- benzol und Alkohol. Das in grün glänzenden Nadeln kristallisierte Produkt zeigt als Pig ment blauviolette Farbe. Die Lösungsfarbe in Monohydrat ist violett.
10 Teile dieses Pigments werden in 200 Gewichtsteilen 10 o/oigem Oleum bei zirka 200 C 1 Stunde verrührt. Man gibt auf Eis, saugt die ausgeschiedene Sulfosäure ab und wäscht mit Kochsalzlösung neutral. Die Sulfo- säure löst sich in Wasser mit violetter Farbe und färbt die tierische, pflanzliche und künstliche Faser in blaustichig violetten Tönen an. Die Färbungen besitzen hervor ragende Echtheitseigenschaften.

The mixture is left to boil for 1 hour and the reaction product which has separated out is filtered off with suction at 120 ° C. and washed with nitrobenzene and alcohol. The product, crystallized in shiny green needles, has a blue-violet color as a pigment. The solution color in monohydrate is purple.
10 parts of this pigment are stirred in 200 parts by weight of 10% strength oleum at about 200 ° C. for 1 hour. It is poured onto ice, the sulfonic acid which has separated out is filtered off with suction and washed neutral with sodium chloride solution. The sulphonic acid dissolves in water with a violet color and stains the animal, vegetable and artificial fibers in blue-tinged violet tones. The dyeings have excellent fastness properties.
