Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes der Diogazinreilie. Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Farbstoffes der Dioxazinreihe, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man das durch Kondensa tion von 2 Mol 4-Amino-azobenzol-4'-sulfo- säure und 1 Mol Chloranil erhältliche Di- arylaminochinon mit starker Schwefelsäure erhitzt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 10 Gewichtsteile des durch Kondensation von 4 - Amino - azobenzol - 4'-sulfosäure und Chloranil in wässerigem Alkohol erhältlichen Zwischenproduktes werden in 200 Gewichts teilen 5%igem Oleum zirka 1 Stunde bei <B>150'</B> C verrührt, wobei neben dem Ring schluss auch Sulfierung des Dioxazinfarbstof- fes erfolgt. Nach dem Abkühlen gibt man auf Eis, saugt ab und wäscht, mit Kochsalz lösung neutral.
Zur vollständigen überfüh- rung der Stilfosäure in das 1NTatritimsalz ver- rührt man einige Zeit mit verdünnter Na triumchloridlösung unter Zusatz von Soda, saugt ab und wäscht abermals mit Natrium- clilori,ilösung neutral. Der Farbstoff löst sich in Wasser mit rotstichig blauer Farbe und färbt die tierische, pflanzliche und Viskose faser in blauen Tönen an.

The dye dissolves in water with a reddish blue color and stains the animal, vegetable and viscose fibers in blue tones.
