Elektrische Hocheinrichtung.
Electrical high facility. The present invention relates to an electric cooking device. The same is characterized by a table that carries the power connection contacts of the cooking vessel, the cooking vessel being connected to the contacts arranged on the table and having power supply organs in direct contact with them, and by a magnetic switch that switches the connection contacts on and off with a voltage is operated by a maximum of 40 volts and in which the circuit of the actuating coil in the operating position of the vessel is closed by an organ of the vessel.
In an expedient design of the electric cooking device, an envelope (hoop) protruding downward from the bottom is sealed, pressed or welded on the jacket of the cooking vessel, which has only a bottom broken through isolated current-carrying organs, consequently between the envelope and the bottom of the A sealed, water-resistant space is created, which can also be filled with neutral gases. can. In this embodiment, the lead-through bolts which break through the bottom of the casing in an insulated and sealed manner also form the connection contacts of the cooking vessel.
With these, the vessel rests on the power connection contacts arranged on the table. The table advantageously also contains the step switches at the same time. The accompanying drawing illustrates an example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows the longitudinal section with a partial view of the cooking device; Fig. 2 is a detailed drawing of the bushing insulators of the cooking vessel on a larger scale; Fig. 3 is a plan view of an insulating body and the connection contacts of the cooking device, also a circuit diagram, the protective devices and the entire device. The cylindrical cooking vessel is designated with 1, the radiator attached to the bottom 4 by 2.
A ring 3 is warmly drawn, soldered or attached to the cooking vessel 1. In this tire 3, an edge flange 5 of the bottom 4 is attached.
The sealing of the power supply organs of the radiator is solved in the following way: On the bottom 4, for example, three sleeves 6 with bottom are welded and in each of these sleeves a bushing 7 with upper and lower edge groove 8 is inserted (Fig. 2). In each of these grooves an asbestos-filled copper ring 35 is inserted. The inwardly bent edge 9 of the sleeve 6 presses on the lower copper ring 35, whereby the insulator 7 and the upper copper ring 35 are pressed against the vessel bottom 4 and a seal is thus achieved.
The bushing bolt 10 is pressed into the bushing insulator 7 in a warm state. A reliable seal is achieved, on the one hand, in that the heads 11, 12 of the bolt are pressed tightly onto the insulator 7, and, on the other hand, by enveloping the cylindrical part of the bolt with a heat-resistant compound 13.
The vessel 1 receives the power supply (Fig. 1), when it is placed on the removable cover 16 of the table 15, that the heads 11 of the bolts 10 on the resilient contacts 18 fastened in the insulating body 17 arranged on the table 15 19, 20 rest. In the operating position, the hoop 3 lies completely on the table lid 16, which means that the vessel 1 cannot tip over during cooking.
For the step-by-step activation of the heating element arranged in the vessel, a step switch 22, which is already known in other apparatus, is provided (Fig. 3).
In order to maintain a permanent elasticity of the springs the contacts 18, 19, 20, and also to protect them from external damage, these are limited in their lowering by the stops 23 (Fig. 1). The table 15 is grounded by the ground plate 24, so that even if the vessel 1 closes on the body, touching it is unge dangerous.
The contact safety, even after Ent removal of the vessel 1, is still fully achieved by the following device: In the bottom 4, the bolt 14 is Stigt, which rests on the contact 21 in the operating position of the vessel 1 Ge. The contact 21 is connected to the Klemmg 31 of the train coil of low voltage, conveniently 24 volts, of the magnetic switch (Fig. 3), and the other supply line 32, the coil of the magnetic switch is connected to one terminal 29 of the secondary coil 26: the never connected to the voltage transformer. The other terminal 2; 8 of the secondary coil 26 is earthed through the earth plate 27.
The contact 21 is insulated on the table 15 and the contacts 18, 19, 20 can only be energized if the contact 21 is brought into conductive connection with the table 15 through the vessel 1, which also the circuit of the magnetic switch 3-0 is closed.
The vessel 1 closes the circuit because its hoop 3 rests on the cover 1.6. The circuit of the secondary coil 26 is closed in the following way: From the earth plate 27, through 28, 26, 29, 32, .31, contact 2.1, bolt 14, base 4, hoop 3, cover 16 of the table 15, earth plate 2 '4, and through the earth back to the earth plate 27.
Accordingly, the magnetic switch 30 can only be switched on when the above circuit through the vessel 1 is closed. If the vessel 1 is removed from the table, the magnetic switch 30 interrupts the two-pole circuit of the heating element at the terminals 32, 33 and therefore the contacts 1, 8, 19, 20 are de-energized.
Since the circuit of the secondary coil 26 is closed with the aid of the earth plates 24 and 27, the magnetic switch cannot be switched on even if the earthing resistance exceeds a certain value or if one earthing is interrupted. Therefore, in this case, the connection contacts 18, 19, 20 remain de-energized, respectively. If the grounding is poor, even the vessel that accidentally comes into contact with the body cannot give a dangerous blow.
The cover 16 is dimensioned such that vessels of different diameters can also be placed on the connection point. the bolt 14 securing the central arrangement of the vessel through the bore 34 of the lid 16. The vessels of different diameters are shown in dashed lines in Fig. 1.
In the case where the above-described device securing the grounding is not desired, the terminal 28 is connected to the body of the table 1.5 instead of the grounding plate 27.
The room in which the radiator of the vessel is located can be filled with a neutral gas. However, the parts of the radiator can be pressed so tightly against one another that, as a result of the air supply being prevented, the oxidation is reduced to a minimum even in this way.
According to the invention, the constructional parts of the electrical cooking device can be modified in many ways, mainly with direct current, where the low-voltage power source necessary for contact safety cannot easily be obtained. The connection contacts are protected from accidental contact in that they are arranged hidden under the table cover 16 in the insulating body.
