Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Herstellung    eines     Azofarbstof%s.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen       Azofarbstoff    von vorzüglichen Echtheits  eigenschaften erhält, wenn man die     Diazo-          verbindung    von     1-Amino-4-rhodanbenzol    mit       1-(2-Oxy-3-carboxy-5-sulfophenyl)-3-methyl-          5-pyrazolon    vereinigt.  



  Der so erhältliche Farbstoff färbt Wolle  in klaren gelben Tönen und zeichnet sich  insbesondere durch aussergewöhnlich     gute     Wasch- und     Walkechtheit    aus. Auch seine  übrigen Eigenschaften, wie Lichtechtheit und  Gleichmässigkeit, sind vorzüglich.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man     diazotiert    bei 0  C eine     wässerige,     salzsaure Lösung von 15 Teilen     1-Amino-4-          rhodanbenzol    und lässt nach wenigen Minuten  die     Diazolösung    in eine abgekühlte     soda-          alkalische        Lösung    von 3? Teilen     1-(2-Oxy-3-          oarboxy-5-sulfophenyl)-    3     -methyl-5-pyrazolon       einlaufen. Die Kupplung ist nach kurzer       Zeit    beendet.

   Der Farbstoff wird dann aus  gesalzen, nach einigen Stunden     abgepresst     und bei     etwa   <B>50'C</B> getrocknet.  



  Der Farbstoff oder die mit ihm erhält  lichen Färbungen liefern bei der Behandlung  mit metallabgebenden     Mitteln    ebenfalls     echte     Färbungen.

Der Farbstoff färbt Wolle in klaren gel ben Tönen von ausgeze.ehneter Gleichmässig keit, Wasch- und Walkechtheit.
