Description

  

  Presse-raisin.    La présente invention a pour objet un  presse-raisin, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte  un bâti muni, d'une part, d'une creusure  dans laquelle s'écoule le jus du raisin lors  qu'il a été pressé et, d'autre part, de pro  longements constituant une enceinte à l'in  térieur de laquelle est placé un filtre amovi  ble dans lequel est destiné à se déplacer un  pilon permettant de serrer la masse de rai  sin à pressurer.  



  Le dessin montre, à titre d'exemple, une  forme d'exécution de l'objet de l'invention.  La fi-. 1 en est une vue en coupe  axiale, et  La     fig.    2 en est une vue en plan.  



  Le presse-raisin représenté comporte un  bâti 1 en verre, lequel comprend une     creu-          sure    circulaire 2, dans laquelle s'écoule le  jus de raisin pressuré; ce jus peut être  versé dans un récipient par l'intermédiaire  d'une goulette 3.  



  Le bâti 1 comporte également une poignée  4 et des prolongements 5 constituant une en  ceinte circulaire 9; lés bords longitudinaux 6    de chacun des prolongements sont, de leur  base 7 à leur sommet 8, inclinés l'un vers  l'autre.  



  A l'intérieur de l'enceinte 9 est placé un  filtre amovible 10, réalisé au moyen d'un  tube métallique prenant appui sur le bâti 1;  ce filtre est muni d'orifices 11 qui, avec des  espaces 12 ménagés entre les prolongements  5 du bâti 1,     permettent    au jus de raisin de  s'écouler dans la creusure 2.  



  La paroi du     tube        constituant    le filtre  10 possède deux bossages 13 et 14 destinés  à venir en engagement dans des espaces 12  correspondants, de manière à empêcher que  ledit tube puisse tourner dans     l'enceinte    9.  Le filtre 10 pourrait aussi ne comporter  qu'un seul bossage.  



  Dans le filtre 10 est susceptible d'être  déplacé, par     l'intermédiaire    d'une poignée  15, un pilon cylindrique en bois 16 destiné  à serrer la masse de raisin à pressurer.

  The grape press shown comprises a frame 1 made of glass, which comprises a circular hollow 2, in which the pressed grape juice flows; this juice can be poured into a container via a goulette 3.



  The frame 1 also comprises a handle 4 and extensions 5 constituting a circular enclosure 9; the longitudinal edges 6 of each of the extensions are, from their base 7 to their top 8, inclined towards one another.



  Inside the enclosure 9 is placed a removable filter 10, produced by means of a metal tube resting on the frame 1; this filter is provided with orifices 11 which, with spaces 12 formed between the extensions 5 of the frame 1, allow the grape juice to flow into the recess 2.



  The wall of the tube constituting the filter 10 has two bosses 13 and 14 intended to come into engagement with corresponding spaces 12, so as to prevent said tube from being able to rotate in the enclosure 9. The filter 10 could also have only one only boss.



  In the filter 10 is capable of being moved, by means of a handle 15, a cylindrical wooden pestle 16 intended to clamp the mass of grapes to be pressed.

Claims

CLAIM Grape press, characterized in that it comprises a frame provided, on the one hand, with a recess in which the grape juice flows when it has been pressed and, on the other hand, with extensions constituting an enclosure inside which is placed a removable filter in which is intended to move a pestle for clamping the mass of grapes to be pressed. SUB-CLAIMS 1 A grape press according to claim, charac terized in that the extensions of the frame constitute a circular enclosure, the longitudinal edges of each extension being, from the base to the top, tilted towards each other.

2 Grape press according to claim, charac terized in that the filter is produced by means of a metal tube, the wall of which is pierced with orifices allowing the flow of the grape juice. 3 Grape press according to claim and sub-claim 2, characterized in that the wall of the filter comprises at least one boss intended to come into engagement in one of the spaces separating two of the extensions constituting the enclosure of the frame. 4 grape press according to claim, charac terized in that the pestle is cylindrical and provided with a handle. 5 Grape press according to claim and as shown in the accompanying drawing.
