Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 173751. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines transparenten, grünstichig gelben Lackes. Es wurde gefunden, da3, es gelingt, einen transparenten, grünstichig gelben Lack mit ausgezeichneten;
Echtheitseigenschaften her zustellen, indem man den Monoazofarbstoff aus diazotiertem 3-Chlor-anilin und 2-Oxy- benzoesäure, eine Verbindung des 6wertigen Chroms und einen Lack zusammenbringt und durch gelindes Erwärmen des Gemisches das gelb gefärbte Chromkompl-egsalz des Farbstoffes sieh bilden lässt.
Man erhält je nach der Farbstoffkonzentration einen heller oder dunkler gelb gefärbten, transparenten hack von sehr grosser Reinheit des Farb tones, der hervorragend lichtechte Anstriche ergibt. Seine Verwendung liegt auf allen Gebieten der Anstxichtechnik, wo grosse An sprüche an die Lichtechtheit gestellt werden.
Als Ausgangslacke, kommen, die meisten Lacke und Firnisse der Technik in Frage, die Acetylzellulose- und Nitrozelluloselacke, Lacke aus Kunstharzen, wie Glyzerin- Phthalsäureanhydrid-Kondensationsprodukte, Chlorkautschuklaeke, Gelatinelösungen,Sprit- lacke, Leinöl und Lithographenfirnisse. <I>Beispiel:
</I> 1 g des Monoazofarbstoffes aus diazo- tiertem 3-Chloranilin und 2-Ogy-benzoe- säure wird in 100, g Nitrozelluloselack ge löst, mit 0,5 g Natriumbichromat versetzt und durch gelindes Erwärmen in. den her vorragend lichtechten, grünstich gelben hack übergeführt.
Der Nitrozelluloselack kann z. B. wie folgt zusammengesetzt sein: 155 Teile Kollodiumwolle, butanolfeucht 150 Teile Recyl Nr. 19, Harz aus Glyzeiin-Phthalsäureanhydrid 8,0 Teile RecyTbalsam Nr.3,3, Balsam eines Harzes auf Glyzerin-Phthal- säuregrundlage 200 Teile Äthyllaktat 100 Teile Butylacetat W0 Teile Aceton 215 Teile Benzol.

Most technical lacquers and varnishes, acetyl cellulose and nitrocellulose lacquers, lacquers made from synthetic resins, such as glycerol-phthalic anhydride condensation products, chlorinated rubber lacquers, gelatin solutions, fuel lacquers, linseed oil and lithography varnishes, are suitable as starting lacquers. <I> example:
</I> 1 g of the monoazo dye from diazo- tated 3-chloroaniline and 2-ogy-benzoic acid is dissolved in 100 g of nitrocellulose varnish, mixed with 0.5 g of sodium dichromate and heated gently in the lightfast, greenish yellow hack transferred.
The nitrocellulose varnish can e.g. B. be composed as follows: 155 parts of collodion wool, moist butanol 150 parts of Recyl No. 19, resin from glycerol phthalic anhydride 8.0 parts RecyTbalsam No. 3.3, balsam of a resin based on glycerol phthalic acid 200 parts of ethyl lactate 100 parts of butyl acetate W0 parts of acetone, 215 parts of benzene.
