Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Diogazinfarbstoffsulfosäure. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer Dioxazinfar-bstoffsulfosäure, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man das Kondensa tionsprodukt, welches aus 1 Mol Tetrabrom- chinon und 2 Mol 4-Amino-dipherrylamirr-2- strlfosäure durch Umsetzen in Alkohol in Ge genwart eines säurebindenden Mittels erhält lich ist,
durch Behandeln mit einem sulfierend wirkenden Kondensationsmittel in die Dioxa- zinverbindung überführt und das Kondensa tionsprodukt mit einer verdünnten Säure er hitzt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 1.00 Gewichtsteile des Kondensationspro duktes aus 1 Mol Tetrabromchinon und 2 Mol 9-Amino-diphenylamin-2-sulfosäure (erhältlich durch Umsetzen der Komponenten in Alkohol oder Wasser in Gegenwart eines säurebin denden Mittels) werden in 2000 Gewichts- teilen Oleum 20 /oig gelöst und bei gewöhn licher Temperatur etwa 1-2 Stunden oder einige Stunden mehr bei etwa O#--5' U ver rührt. Dann gibt man 2000 Gewichtsteile Eis hinzu.
Durch Aussalzen kann der Farbstoff ausgefällt werden, worauf man ihn absaugt, mit Kochsalzlösung säurefrei wäscht und trocknet. Da er aber in stark sulfierter Form vorliegt, bleibt beim Aussalzen ein erheblicher Teil in Lösung. Es empfiehlt sich daher, die Lösung nach Zugabe der angegebenen Menge Eis während etwa 5 Stunden am Rückfluss zu kochen. Verdünnt man danach mit der etwa gleichen Menge Wasser, so fällt die Farb- säure vollständig aus und kann ohne Verlust abgesaugt und ins Natronsalz übergeführt werden. Der Farbstoff hat in Schwefelsäure eine blaue, das Ausgangsmaterial eine braune Lösungsfarbe.
Er färbt die tierische und pflanzliche Faser, sowie Viskosefaser und ge mischte Gewebe in klaren blauen Tönen.

If you then dilute with approximately the same amount of water, the coloric acid precipitates out completely and can be sucked off without loss and converted into the sodium salt. In sulfuric acid, the dye has a blue solution color, the starting material a brown solution.
It dyes the animal and vegetable fibers, as well as viscose fibers and mixed fabrics in clear blue tones.
