Description

  La     fig.    1 montre, en perspective, une pre  mière forme     d'exécution    en service;  la     fig.    2     représente,    en plan, le même us  tensile démonté afin de diminuer son encom  brement, lorsqu'il n'est     pas    utilisé;  la     fig.    3 est un plan en coupe d'un détail;

    les fig. 4 et 4a sont respectivement une coupe verticale et un plan -d'une partie d'une seconde forme d'exécution; .la fig. 5 montre, en plan, un des flasques d'une troisième forme -d'exécution; la fig. 6 est une coupe verticale du flasque de la fig. 5; la fig. 7 est une vue partielle d'une qua trième forme d'exécution dans la position de non-utilisation, et la fig. 8 montre, en plan, un des flasques d'une cinquième forme d'exécution.

  Kitchen tool. The present invention relates to a removable kitchen utensil, making it possible to present a piece of meat to be roasted on all its faces with a view to: obtaining uniform cooking.

  We know how difficult it is to hold in the oven or at the right of the ramp. gas or other fire the pieces of meat to be roasted, which, depending on their shape, cannot remain in. the position we would like them to occupy. This results in overcooking for some parts, while others are undercooked; it is obvious that in order to avoid these drawbacks, the well-known spit can be used, but it is quite difficult to introduce the transverse spindle therein preventing the piece of meat from turning.

  The utensil according to the present invention overcomes these drawbacks and is characterized in that it comprises two opposite flanges, removably connected by a pin, said flanges being intended to: support the whole of the utensil with the piece of meat and having means for resting said assembly and moving it circularly in consecutive positions.

  The appended drawing represents, by way of examples, some embodiments of the utensil forming the subject of the invention.

  Fig. 1 shows, in perspective, a first embodiment in service; fig. 2 shows, in plan, the same tensile us dismantled in order to reduce its bulk, when not in use; fig. 3 is a sectional plan of a detail;

    figs. 4 and 4a are respectively a vertical section and a plane of a part of a second embodiment; Fig. 5 shows, in plan, one of the flanges of a third form of execution; fig. 6 is a vertical section of the flange of FIG. 5; fig. 7 is a partial view of a fourth embodiment in the non-use position, and FIG. 8 shows, in plan, one of the flanges of a fifth embodiment.

  The utensil shown in fi-. 1 to 3 com carries two flanges 1 serving to support the assembly, these flanges can be obtained by cutting, or by means of molten parts. They carry a number of arms?, On which they rest in the position of use.

       Curved legs 3, as included fi * 3, are integral with sockets 4 drilled longitudinally to allow the branches of a double broelie f5 to pass freely, the ends 6 of which are pointed in order to facilitate their introduction into a piece of meat 7 which we propose to roast.

  The use of this utensil is achieved by; as follows: the double spindle a is introduced into the sockets 4 of one of the flanges 1. then the. piece of meat 7 is: traversed by the same spindle which passes through the sleeves 4 of the other flange 1. The utensil is then in the position indicated fi-. 1.

  It is obvious that the utensil that comes. to be described will allow to present the. piece of meat 7 on all its faces, by successively resting the whole on two arms? consecutive. For this purpose, the double pin 5 will be. provided with any fixed or removable gripping member.

  When the utensil is not in use, it appears as shown in fig. 2 to reduce its bulk. For this purpose, the branches 5 are introduced into the arched part of the legs 3, under the sockets 4. and the flanges 1 are placed in the extension of one another.

  In the embodiment of the fi-. 4 and 4a. each flange 1 has arms? and carries legs 3 curved in the form of hooks. These legs are pierced with holes 3a, intended to receive the double spindle 5 in position (the use of the utensil, while this same spindle is housed in the hooks formed by the legs 3, when the utensil is not is not used, which reduces the bulk.

  In the embodiment of FIGS. 5 and ti, the legs 3 are curved and raised relative to the plane of the flange 1, so as to create a certain space allowing, when the utensil is not in use, to introduce the double spindle in this space.

  Each tab 3 is integral with a sleeve 4 pierced right through. and intended for. receive the corresponding pin 5, in the. position of iitilisatioti of the utensil.

   In with a view to cloimer in the flanges 1 the rigidity ctiii invited. these are provided with concentric ribs 8, and the arms 2 with longitudinal nerves. It is obvious that such ribs could be made on the other faith-my execution shown.

  1> ails the form, execution of the fi-. 7, each flange 1, provided with arms \ ?. independent door (the legs 3 and sockets 4, other legs! 1 curved, to form hooks used to maintain the double spindle a longitudinally on the flange 1, when the utensil is not in use.

   Two legs 9 are arranged between two arms? consecutive and. two legs!) are also placed between two f ras? consecutive diametrically opposed to the first.

  The thread-. 8 shows a flange 1 of a fifth embodiment, this flange being of polygonal shape also making it possible to present the piece of meat on all its faces. This flange can obviously receive the various members described with reference to the other embodiments with a view to maintaining the double spindle 5 either transversely or longitudinally on this flange.

  One of the flanges could be made integral with the end of the double spindle on the side opposite to its points, the other flange being movable.
