Description


  Procédé de     dévulcanisation    de caoutchouc vulcanisé.    La     présente    invention a pour objet un  procédé de     dévulcanisation    de caoutchouc vul  canisé, suivant lequel on fait agir, à une  température d'au moins<B>1800</B> C, de la résine  artificielle sur du caoutchouc vulcanisé, pour       dévulcaniserlecaoutchoucvulcanisé    par double  réaction de     déshydrogénation    de la résine et       dévulcanisation    du caoutchouc vulcanisé.  



       Exemple     Dans la résine de     coumarone    fondue, on  introduit, à une température de<B>2300</B> C au  moins, du caoutchouc vulcanisé, par adjonc  tions successives, et en s'assurant que chaque  adjonction ait réagi avant d'ajouter la sui  vante. Au cours des adjonctions, la tempéra  ture sera poussée et maintenue à     250-2701    C.  La quantité de caoutchouc vulcanisé que l'on  peut ainsi ajouter à la résine n'est limitée  que par la saturation de la résine en soufre  provenant du caoutchouc vulcanisé, et dépend  par     conséquent    de la teneur en soufre du  caoutchouc traité.

      Dans cet exemple, une quantité déterminée  de caoutchouc vulcanisé a pu être ajoutée  à raison de 10 parties de caoutchouc vulca  nisé pour une partie de résine.  



  Le produit obtenu suivant ce procédé est  un mélange de caoutchouc     dévulcanisé    et de  résine déshydrogénée, mélange dont on peut  séparer les constituants et récupérer le caout  chouc, celui-ci pouvant être     revulcanisé    ulté  rieurement s'il y a lieu.

  1. REVENDICATION Procédé de dévulcanisation de caoutchouc vulcanisé, caractérisé par le fait que l'on fait agir, à une température d'au moins<B>1801</B> C, de la résine artificielle sur du caoutchouc vulcanisé, pour dévulcaniser le caoutchouc vulcanisé par double réaction de déshydro- génation de la résine et dévulcanisation du caoutchouc.
