Machine à emplir, boucher, capsuler, étiqueter des récipients tels que des bouteilles. La présente invention a pour objet une machine à emplir, boucher, capsuler, étiqueter des récipients tels que des bouteilles, com portant un plateau rotatif autour duquel sont ménagés autant de postes de travail qu'il y a d'opérations différentes à effectuer sur chaque récipient;
Machine for filling, capping, capping, labeling containers such as bottles. The present invention relates to a machine for filling, capping, capping, labeling containers such as bottles, comprising a rotating plate around which are provided as many workstations as there are different operations to be performed on each. container;
this machine is characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, a rotary device to which several containers are tines to be hooked for filling, the rotation of this device being intermittent and synchronized with that of the aforementioned plate and, of on the other hand, a single device for centering each container before its hooking, this device being formed of two branches capable of opening to allow the hooked container to pass, when the latter is driven by the rotation of the aforementioned device.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the object of the invention. Fig. 1 is an elevational view of the rotary device for filling the containers; Fig. 2 is an elevational view of the apparatus intended to center the containers; Fig. 3 is a plan view of said apparatus; Fig. 4 is a plan view of a machine for filling, capping, capping and labeling containers.
The machine shown in fig. 4 comprises, on the one hand, a fixed annular frame 1, in the center of which is formed a rotating plate 2 with intermittent movement and, on the other hand, a device 3 to which several bottles 4 are intended to be hung up to be filled by means of filling nozzles 5, this device being driven rotatably, with the aid of a toothed ring 6, of an intermittent movement synchronized with that of the plate 2; the latter moves to bring the bottles, filled with the aid of the device 3, successively facing the capping 7, labeling 8 and capping 9 devices.
During periods when the plate 2 is stopped, a support 10 lifts one of the bottles 4 to be filled towards one of the spouts or siphon 5; to ensure the correct entry of the branch of the latter into the bottle, the neck of the latter is guided by means of a centering device 11 consisting of two branches 12 and 13 constituting a cone.
When the neck of a bottle 4 has moved the branches of the cone 11 apart, it is gripped by a device, not shown, which keeps this bottle suspended from the rotary packing device 3 during the time of an intermittent rotation of the latter. ci, this bottle then being lifted by a support 14 which performs an upward movement for this purpose.
During the stopping time between the raising and lowering of the support 14, a tenon 15 comes to press on a lever 16 which opens the device, not shown, holding the bottle fixed to the positive device 3; the latter has at its periphery as many supports as there are nozzles 5.
The apparatus for centering the bottles com takes two branches 12 and 13 oscillating around the axes 17 and 18 integral with an arm 19; the symmetrical displacement of the branches 12 and 13 is ensured by the reciprocal control of one of said branches by the other, this control being ensured by means of the toothed sectors 20 and 21; this reci proque control could also be achieved by means of rods.
The closing of the branches 12 and 13 of the centering device is provided by a spring, not shown.
