Description

Multi-walled paper sack with opening device The present invention is a multi-walled paper sack, e.g. B. to take on cement, which is provided with a device for opening the bag.

There are already multi-walled paper bags such. B. for cement, known, in which the bag walls by means of one. Cord are sewn together so that the sack hezw by pulling out the cord. The seam can be torn open by means of the cord.

The sewing in of a pull-out or as a tear-open, orgau-serving cord, however, requires a cumbersome and therefore expensive method of manufacturing the sacks.

It has therefore already been proposed to sew the end cord as a tear-off organ instead of to the bag walls, to insert it between the closure flaps of the bag and to glue it together in such a way that

that by pulling on a protruding end of the cord, the closing flaps lying over the latter can be torn open.

However, this solution has the disadvantage that only the glued-in. - the flap is torn open so that the sack is not yet fully opened.

In contrast, the object of the invention at hand is intended to eliminate the deficiencies mentioned and to achieve a safe operation of the opening device with simple means so that the sack can be opened completely.

The present multi-walled paper sack provided with an opening device is distinguished from the known paper sacks in that it is formed in one of the sack walls lying one above the other. common fold a pull organ with out. Wire filler opening,

of the sack protruding end is inserted and a Binkerbuug running in the direction of the relevant fold is attached to the closure flap of the filling opening.

All in such a way that, by pulling on the protruding end of the pulling element, the closing flaps can be torn and the bag walls lying one above the other can be torn open along the fold.

The drawing schematically illustrates an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention. It shows: Fing. 1 shows a view of part of the sack with the opening device, and FIG. 2 shows a cross-section along the line 1-1 in FIG. 1, enlarged.

The two covers of the double-walled paper sack, for example, are denoted by a, which at their upper end have the closing flaps b and c formed by folding the cut parts, which, as FIG. 2 shows, alternately fold over each other and glued together are.

A cord <I> d </I> is inserted along your fold <I> b '</I> under the closure flap b, which can be easily glued to the points E in order to fix its position.

One end d 'of this cord comes out of the filling opening e (FIG. 1), which opening is designed like a valve and, for example, for the purpose of reinforcement, is lined with a paper strip.

When the bag is full, this valve closes the filling opening automatically by pressure from the filling material. At the point f of the two superimposed closure flaps b a notch is made so that when the end d 'of the cord is pulled, the Versohlusslappen b first torn in the direction towards the fold b'

and then, with further pulling, the fold b 'along be torn open. In this simple way, the entire width of the closure is opened completely by simply pulling the protruding end of the pulling element.

The paper sack provided with opening device according to the invention can be made from more than just two layers of paper.

In the case of designs with more than two paper layers, it is advisable to make the notches on the closing flaps lying one above the other, so that, for example, when pulling the end of the pulling element, the closing flaps are torn one after the other

whereby the operation of the opening device is facilitated. Of course, instead of a cord, another pulling element can be used that is suitable for separating the multiple .Sackwandung along the relevant fold, such as a thin wire or the like.
