Description

Self-induction coil with high frequency iron body. It is known to use a pin body made of high-frequency iron in self-induction coils which closes the turns in a jacket-like manner. High frequency iron is to be understood as a material that is pressed into.,

finely divided iron powder is obtained with an insulating binder. In order to enable the self-induction of various coils and thus to achieve synchronization, it is known to make the size of an air gap of the coil core variable.

In the known designs of such coils, the high-frequency iron body itself is usually used as a carrier for the adjustment devices, for example in the manner

that a threaded pin made of high frequency iron is screwed more or less into the coil. This has the disadvantage, however, that the thread made of pressed iron powder is easily destroyed when it is replaced and,

so that the self-induction value of the coil changes.

In addition, the known arrangements have only a very limited ability to regulate, or a considerable capacitive detuning occurs during regulation.

According to the invention, the high-frequency iron body is made up of parts which are arranged within a preferably cup-shaped support body made of insulating material.

A cover plate screwed into the support body serves firstly to hold the parts of the iron body together and to fix it, and secondly to hold a balancing disk. Through suitably measured iron cross-section and,

A suitable high lifting height of the leveling disc makes induction veining possible, which is for example up to 201%.

The support body can contain a second winding, which is penetrated by only a small part of the lines of force of the winding with iron bodies. This means that the self-induction coil can also be used as a high-frequency transformer,

.which only has a low degree of coupling. This coupling winding can, for example, lie in the base of the supporting body, that is to say outside the preferably cup-shaped iron body.

This arrangement has the advantage that the secondary winding has a relatively large number of turns and so there is a good possibility of adjustment.

The invention is explained below at play.

Fig. 1 is a sectional view of an example, Fig. 2 is a plan view; 3 shows a sectional view of a second example which has a secondary winding,

so that the self-induction coil can also be used as a coupling transformer.

A cylindrical insulating body 1 serves as a carrier for a winding 2 which has an insulating body 15 on which the desired number of turns is applied. The body 1,5 consists for example of the substances known as trolitul or bakelite.

The coil is provided with an inner core 14 made of high frequency iron, which is connected to a base plate 3 made of high frequency iron, and is also provided with a cylindrical casing 4 made of high frequency iron and a disc serving for Abgleiah.

Hollow cylinder 4 and plate 3 are fixed by means of a cover 6, which is made of insulating material and is screwed into the support body 1. The plate 3 has a notch 7 in which a cam of the body 1 lies in order to secure the plate 3 against rotation. In the disk 6 an existing insulating material screw 8 is screwed, at the lower end of a balancing disk 5 is attached. This preferably also consists of high-frequency iron. By turning the screw 8 there is an equalization of the induction value of the coil.

The described arrangement ensures that all iron parts are firmly seated. The body 1 has two ribs 9 which serve to fasten the self-induction coil. Furthermore, the body 1 has a transverse rib 10 which, like the ribs 9, forms a piece with it, which can be produced by the known pressing or injection molding. On the rib 10 solder lugs 11 are attached to the connection of the connecting lines, clamped for example.

The arrangement according to FIG. 3 contains the same parts as the arrangement according to FIGS. 1 and 2. In addition, however, a flat winding body 12 for a secondary winding 13 is present at the bottom of the body 1. In order to avoid capacitive detuning of the coupling winding 12, 13, for example when fastening the coil to metal, there is an iron disk 3 'below this winding. The parts 12, 13 and 3 sit on a detachable base plate of the body 1.

This arrangement has the advantage that the same components can be used as in the simple self-induction coil and, moreover, a low degree of coupling, which is desirable in most cases, can be produced.

The body 1 with the ribs 9, 10 located on it is preferably pressed in one operation.
