Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 197588. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes. Gemäss dem Hauptpatent werden wert volle Küpenfarbstoffe erhalten, wenn man Amine auf 4-Halogen-chinazoline einwirken lässt und die Reaktionskomponenten so wählt, dass die 2-Stellung der 4-Halogen-chinazoline und/oder die Amine den Rest einer verküp- baren Verbindung tragen.
Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist nun ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2-(2'-Thiazolanthronyl)-4-chlor- chinazolin mit 4-Amino-5'-chloranthrachinon- 2 . 1-(N)-1' . 2'-(N)-benzakridon zur Umset zung einbringt. Die Umsetzung erfolgt durch einfaches Erhitzen in Gegenwart eines geeig neten Lösungsmittels, wie Dichlorbenzol, Ni- trobenzol oder Phenol.
Die Erhitzung wird so lange vorgenommen, bis die Chlorwasser stoffentwicklung beendet ist.
Das erhaltene neue Produkt färbt Baum wolle aus stumpfer bordoroter Küpe in kräftigen grünen Tönen von sehr guten Echt- beiten an.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 30 Gewichtsteile 2@(2'-Thiazolanthronyl)- 4-chlor-chinazolin (dargestellt aus Thiazol- anthron-2-carbonsäurechlorid -f- Anthranil- amid), 22 Gewichtsteile 4-Amino-5'-chlor- anthrachinon-2 . 1- (N) -1' . 2I'.,- (N) -benzakri- don und 500 Gewichtsteile Phenol werden zum Sieden erhitzt, bis kein HCl mehr ent weicht.
Nach dem Verdünnen mit 150 Ge wichtsteilen Nitrobenzol wird der gut kristal lisierte Farbstoff bei 90 C abgesaugt, mit Nitrobenzol gewaschen und getrocknet. Er färbt Baumwolle aus stumpf bordoroter Küpe in kräftigen grünen Tönen von sehr guten Echtheiten.
