Audionanordnung zur Gleichriehtung bei sehr hohen Hodulationsfrequenzen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine rückgekoppelte Audionschaltung mit Gegentaktbetrieb für sehr hohe Modu- la@nonsfrequen;
Fig. 5 zeigt eine entsprechende Schaltung.
Audion arrangement for alignment at very high hodulation frequencies. The subject of the present invention is a feedback audio circuit with push-pull operation for very high modula @ nonsfrequen;
zen, in particular for television purposes, and that the present inventive arrangement represents a further development of a Gleiohrichter-Audionano @ round, according to the patent claim of the main patent,
according to which the elements of the audio arrangement are dimensioned in such a way that the time constants for the charging and discharging times of the grid circuit connected to the grid are at most equal to the oscillation period of the maximum modulation frequency.
The use of a feedback audio as a receiver for television broadcasts poses difficulties. First, the use of feedback reduces the risk of the highest modulation frequencies being disadvantaged as a result of the narrowing,
the resonance curve of the tuning circuit. However, this difficulty can be practically eliminated by using ultra-short waves, since even with 18O-wave images the detuning of the extreme sideband frequencies is only 1%.
A second difficulty, which is more difficult to resolve, lies in the inertia of the audience itself. In a circuit according to FIG. 1, the audio tube 1 is connected to the grid complex 2, 3 and is connected to a circle 4, 5 tuned to an ultrashort wave (about 50 megahertz),
closed. As the applicant already stated in the main patent, demodulation of very high image current frequencies is only possible if
if the operating capacitance between grid and earth and the discharge time constant of the grid complex 2., 3 are kept very small. becomes.
This leads to the use of very small grid capacitors of around 15 to 10 cm. As a result, the sensitivity of the circuit is worsened, because a capacitive voltage division occurs via this very small transmission capacitor for the receive wave.
In addition, since the value 3 has to be in the order of magnitude of a few 10,000 () hni so that the time constant falls in the order of magnitude of 10-5 seconds, the circuit shown has a very undesirable attenuation of the swing : Gunbskreises 4, 5 through the bleeder resistor 3.
It is therefore expedient to first place the resistor 3 in the series circuit 3 ', whereby the latter inconvenience is eliminated, but not the aforementioned capacitive voltage division.
The subject of the invention is now an improvement of an audio circuit according to the claim of the main patent, with which the described 'disadvantages are avoided ver.
The essential thing about this circuit is that a @ egentaktg @ calibration @ i- device is provided using a feedback, the coils and capacitors of the arrangement are dimensioned such that the resonance curve is as flat as possible, around a: large waves - to be able to feed back evenly.
and the voltages to be rectified conditions are passed directly to the push-pull grid, avoiding capacitors in front of the grids.
Various exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing. In all of these examples, the elements of the arrangement are dimensioned so that they meet the conditions mentioned above.
In the first exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 2, two tubes 1 and 1 ', which can also be built into a piston, are connected to a freely connected circular grid coil 6 (FIG.?). The center of this coil is connected to the earthed cathode via an audio resistor 3.
E, in F receiving circuit 4, 5 is inductively coupled to the coil 6 ian <1 is expediently with a capacitor of the type shown in FIG. executed in which the change in capacitance is effected by a grounded rotor 4 between two stator halves 4 'and 4 ". The center of the primary coil: 5 can then be grounded, just like the rotor 4.
The purpose of using such a symmetrical capacitor 4, 4 'and 4 "is to build up the high-frequency potentials at the terminals of the primary coil; 5 in push-pull to earth and in this way with the inevitable simultaneous capacitive coupling 5 and 6 dije Ensure compliance with push-pull operation.
Other circuits of the Gitae: rkreis es, which achieve the same goal, are in Fi.g. 2a and Fig. 29,1) are shown. In Fig. A, the primary coil consists of two halves arranged symmetrically to the secondary coil and connected in parallel. 5 'and 5 ", while the tuning capacitor 4 is single-pole grounded as a multiple variable capacitor.
The grounded terminals of the coil halves 5 'and 5 "are directly opposite the secondary coil 6 and in this way shield the coil from the terminals further away.
In order to enable effective demodulation of the very high picture current frequencies, the operating capacity of the grid circle to earth must be kept as low as possible so that the required
very small time constant, for example in the order of magnitude of 1. (.) - 5 seconds is obtained. Advantageously, this operating capacity of the C '* itter circle is kept so small that the time constant of the (zitterkreisevs becomes smaller than the signal (longer for one.
Pixel.
Thirdly, the aim of the grid excitation of the grid can of course also be achieved by connecting a grounded, deflated screen in the manner indicated by 7 in FIG. 2 between the coils of the transformer becomes.
Finally, practical operation is also possible according to FIG. 2b if the axes of the variable capacitor 4 are not grounded and the tuning circuit 4, 5 is connected directly to the grids of the audio tubes 1 and 1 '.
In this case, however, it is necessary to ensure that the capacities of the two grids are equal, possibly by using a differential capacitor 8, 8 'parallel to the tuning capacitor. The capacities of the latter. but may only be very small, not more than 10 cm, if the goal of the circuit is to be achieved.
The remaining wesent union of the circuit is further explained in FIG. To carry out the feedback will be. : the two anodes of the audio tubes 1, 1 'via very small capacitors 9, 9' with the grids of the tubes cross-connected and via short-wave chokes 10, 10 'to a common anode resistor 11:
guided. At the same time, a carrier-wave demodulation can be removed from the capacitor 12 and transferred to the low-frequency amplifier 1ss or. the image receiver 14 are supplied.
The capacities 9 and 9 'can be kept smaller, the greater the slope of the tubes 1, 1' and the effective anode resistance of the throttles 10, 10 's ind. The chokes are expediently brought into close proximity to resonance with the capacitors 9, 9 '. The ratio L / C of this circle should be as wide as possible,
because you can then effectively couple over a larger wave range. The feedback is regulated:
by a grounded rotor 1.5, which is usefully screwed in between the assignments of 9 and 9 'as a shield. It is assumed that the partial capacities remaining after screwing in the rotor shield between,
the grids. and the anodes belonging to the other tube to generate vibrations are no longer sufficient, which can be achieved by suitable wiring. by shielding the grid and anode lines from each other with certainty.
The feedback leading to the inoculation of the grid circle can also be achieved in other ways, e.g. B. by inductive coupling between <B> 1.0 </B> and 5 or by using a capacitive short circuit, for example through variable capacitors between the anode and cathode and the like. Such circuits are known from shortwave technology.
A major advantage of the described arrangement consists in the appropriate way of connecting the grid circle. While the high frequency reaches the control grid 100%,
For the charging of the grid circuit coil 6 .in the rhythm of the low frequencies, only its operating capacitance to earth, the grid discharge resistance 3 and the grid current gradients of the tubes 1 and 1 'are decisive.
Because of the parallel loading of two tubes 1 and <B> 1 '</B>, the grid current is twice; as large as in a simple audio according to FIG. 1. The capacity to be charged is equal to double the grid width. oid @ enkap @ acity of a tube 1 plus the capacity of the grid circuits to earth.
With a normal tubular foot one stops. the entire capacity is slightly below 30 cm. The grid leakage resistance can then be around 100,000 ohms, which corresponds to a time constant of around 3 microseconds.
Double the grid direct current is obtained from this resistor and, as indicated, can be made at least twice to three times as large as the corresponding @ the grid resistance of a simple audion,
so that you get a rectifier effect that is several times better. For the amplification, both tubes are connected in parallel to a common, vertical external resistor 11, so that the amplification of the Awdionet effect of the grating also takes place with double the steepness, as in FIG. 1.
Finally, through the connection: the grid dissipation to the neutral. Point of the lattice circular coil is sufficient that no attenuation of 6 through 3 occurs.
You come @ therefore with very small ones. Feedback capacitances 9, 9 'for effective de-attenuation. This is very important because the capacities 9 and 9 'would also result in inertia effects if they were larger than approximately 10 cm.
The distribution of the feedback becomes possible with particularly small capacities as soon as the. Anode circle as: oscillation circle with resonance tuning to: the receiving wave according to Fig. 3 is executed.
In this case, the amplification of the alternating lattice voltages is even greater than in FIG. 2, and capacities 9, 9 'of around 2 cm are therefore sufficient for feedback, although one has the disadvantage of a special coordination of the anode circuit <B> 16. </B> 17 on the receiving shaft of the grid circle 4, 5 must be accepted. Of course, the capacitors <B> 16 </B> and 4 can be mechanically coupled.
Another advantage is achieved; when using a multiple tube, when the grids are brought out separately. An execution of the circuit according to Fig. 4 is particularly useful. This shows a tube with a common cathode 18 and two control grids 1 and 1 '. the two grids of which are partially ineinaudergewiekelt over the middle part of the cathode.
There are three anodes 19, 20, 21 present at the same time, while by two screens 22 :, 2 <B>, </B> 3 or by suitable: <B> distances </B> in the axial direction along the needle three practically independently acting individual systems with these three anodes are made ago.
If you feed, as indicated, the two anodes via two Schwingdros seln 10, 10 ', you can apply a feedback, as in Fig. 2, on the grid circle with the help of the capacitors 9, 9'. The rectified low frequency is, however, from the middle anode 20 parallel to the anode resistor 11 via the capacitor 12.
from about 1 uF removed and passed on to the recipient 13 1.4. As a result of the nesting of the two grids 1 and 1 'in front of the anode 20, it is sufficient that the control of the anode current by the carrier wave and therefore the anode rectification is canceled in this central part of the tube.
As a result, a much more extensive throttling of the anode current to the anode 20 can be achieved than would be possible with any of the aforementioned simple tubes or with the two anode circuits 19 and 21. The regulation of the feedback can be done with this circuit, exactly as with the aforementioned circuits,
best by inserting a grounded rotor between the capacitors 9, 9 'indicated in FIG. 4.
Even with a single auxiliary anode and a main anode, it is possible to carry out an independent rectification with a high level of modulation and elimination of the carrier wave at the main anode and, at the same time, to undamp the vibration system with the auxiliary anode. Fig. 5 shows a corresponding circuit. Here, 1 is a special tube with two control grids 24 and 25, which partly twisted above the cathode and below the main anode 20; are, while one of them, 2.5, is present alone under the auxiliary anode 21, and therefore exerts an effective control effect on the anode current to the auxiliary anode with a steepness sufficient to generate short waves.
It can therefore be effected from the auxiliary anode 21 with the help of a feedback capacitor 9 relatively small capacitance, a de-attenuation of the Citter circuit, .4, <B> 5,6 </B>, inan again by a short wave choke 10 the anode circuit 21 to resonance with the connected operating capacities. The actual demodulation builds up at the anode resistor 11 in the circuit of the main anode and is picked up via a capacitor 12 and fed to the receiver.
The two tube halves are electrically separated by a metal or mica shield 23. This special tube in turn has the advantage that the anode rectification that always occurs at the same time as the audio effect is canceled by the twin grid arrangement in the main circuit of the anode 20, which makes it possible to control the anode current almost to zero. The regulation of the feedback is expediently carried out again by inserting a grounded screen into the capacitor 9.
A possible asymmetry can be canceled by a compensation capacitor 9 ', which is coupled with the feedback capacitor 9 in the same sense and has the consequence that the capacitive load of the two control grids 24 and 25 always remains the same and thus push-pull operation is maintained.
In a manner known per se, separate screen grids can be used instead of separate anodes when using audio tubes with screen grids as feedback electrodes. This also applies to the circuits with special tubes described in FIG. 4 and in FIG. In all of these sen cases, the screen grids have to be connected to the anode battery via ultra-short wave chokes or matched high-frequency circuits, so that the screen grids can lead to increased voltages of ultra-high frequencies.
Basically then only a single main anode in connec tion with the anode resistor 11 needs to be IN ANY, to which the television receiver is connected. Such an arrangement is shown, for example, in FIG. 5a; the control grid parts in front of the anode are twisted in order to suppress the carrier frequency in the anode circuit. In this way it is possible to eliminate the disruptive directional effect of the anode rectification, as has been described for constructions with twin grids.
However, the high-frequency voltage on the screen grids would have to be as many times stronger as the voltage on the inner grids, such as the penetration ratio, so that a high-frequency oscillation in the age of the main anode is just compensated.
