L'installation de chauffage représentée comprend un gazogène constitué par un réci pient 1 relié par deux conduits 2 et 3 au foyer d'une chaudière 4 -d'un potager 5, le conduit 2 étant disposé à un niveau supérieur à. celui. du conduit 3;
L'installation représentée fonctionne comme suit: du bois est introduit dans le réci- pient 1 par la porte de charge 1 < l, puis allumé sur la grille 17, l'admis.sion de l'air primaire étant Téglée pour que la gazéification de ce combustible ait lieu;
Heating installation. The present invention relates to a heating installation, characterized in that it comprises a gasifier supplying, with volatile combustible products, the hearth of a boiler in a vegetable garden connected to a hot water pipe.
The appended drawing shows, by way of example, one embodiment of the installation forming the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1. is a sectional elevation view thereof, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view along I-I of FIG. 1.
The heating installation shown comprises a gasifier constituted by a receptacle 1 connected by two conduits 2 and 3 to the hearth of a boiler 4 -a vegetable garden 5, the conduit 2 being arranged at a level above. the one. of conduit 3;
the recipient. 1 internally comprises, in its middle part, a screen 6 comprising a vertical part 7 which does not reach. the bottom of said container, this vertical part extending upwards by a part 8, inclined at 45, fixed to a wall 10 of the container 1 immediately above the upper duct 2.
Between the parai 10 and the screen 6, at a small distance from the inclined part 8 thereof, is fixed a bar 11 from which are suspended two mature arches 12 and 13 such as metal wires or strips, made of copper by example, wrapped in a spiral, these threads.
or blades being intended â- prevent the volatile products from the hearth @du gasifier 1 and escaping through the conduit 2, cool too much before entering the hearth of the boiler 4; one could also, for this purpose, provide a single wire or metal blade.
The container 1 is provided with a load door 14 and orifices. 15 for the admission of primary air, and the opening of which can be regulated by means of a register 16; a grid 17 and an ashtray 18 are also provided at the lower end of the container 1.
Each of the conduits 2 and 3 is constituted by a part 19 integral with the container 1, and which is intended to come into engagement with a part 20 fixed to the vegetable garden 5; each of these conduits, provided with openings for the admission of secondary air controlled by registers 21, leads to an orifice 22 made in the wall of the boiler with a large heating surface 4. The latter is intended for to, supply a pipe comprising an outlet pipe 23 and an inlet pipe 2:
5. Vertical baffles 26 are provided under the upper plate 27 of the vegetable garden, in order to distribute therein the gases burned in the hearth 31 of the boiler 4, these gases finally escaping through an evacuation channel 28.
The installation shown works as follows: wood is introduced into the receptacle 1 through the loading door 1 <l, then lit on the grill 17, the primary air intake being adjusted so that the gasification of this fuel takes place;
the volatile products of this gasification escape either through line 2 or through line 3 into the hearth 31 of the boiler 4 where they are burnt, the air necessary for this combustion being supplied via .l ' one of the registers 21.
A removable member 30 closes the duct 2 in winter, while in summer this same member closes the duct 3.
