Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Pyrimidinverbindung.       Gegenstand des Hauptpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung einer     Pyrimidin-          verbindung,    welches dadurch gekennzeichnet  ist,     dass    man     2-Methyl-4-amino-5-aminome-          thylpyrimidin    durch Einwirkung von salpe  triger Säure in das     2-Methyl-4-amino-5-oxy-          methylpyrimidin    umwandelt.  



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren     zur    Herstellung einer     Pyrimi-          dinverbindung,    welches dadurch gekennzeich  net ist,     dass    man     2-Äthyl-4-amino-5-amino-          methylpyrimidin    durch Einwirken von sal  petriger Säure in das     2-Äthyl-4-amino-5-oxy-          methylpyrimidiii    umwandelt. Die salpetrige  Säure kann man in der Reaktionsmischung       aug    ihren Verbindungen, im besonderen ihren  Salzen entstehen lassen, indem man z. B.  die salpetrige Säure aus Ihren Salzen durch  Zusatz einer stärkeren Säure in, Freiheit  setzt.

   Diese starke Säure kann auch an das       2-Äthyl-4-amiiio-5-amiijomethylpyp,imidin    ge  bunden sein.    Das so erhältliche     2-Ätbyl-4-amino-5-oxy-          methylpyrimidin    bildet farblose Kristalle vom  F.<B>1151.</B> Es soll als     Ausgangsstoff    bei che  mischen Synthesen Verwendung finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    <B>67,5 g</B>     2-Athyl-5-aminomethyl-4-amino-          pyrimidinhydrochlorid    werden bei<B>50-60 0</B> in  <B>600</B> cm' Wasser gelöst. Bei     dieserTempera-          tur    wird eine Lösung von 22<B>g</B>     Natriumnitrit     in 200 cm' Wasser eingetropft.

   Man erhitzt  2 Stunden auf     50-601,    setzt 45<B>g</B> wasser  freies     Natriumcarbonat    dazu und verdampft  unter     vermindertemDruck    zur Trockne. Der  pulverisierte Rückstand wird mit Aceton heiss  ausgezogen. Beim Eindampfen des Acetons  erhält man das     2-Äthyl-4-amino-5-oxymethyl-          pyrimidin    in farblosen Kristallen vom F.<B>116 0.</B>

Die so erhältliche Verbindung bildet farb lose Kristalle vom F.<B>115 0.</B> UNTERANSPRüCHE: <B>1.</B> Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man salpetrige Säure verwendet, die aus Alkalinitrit und einer Säure hergestellt wurde. 2.
