Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Pyrimidinverbindung. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Pyrimi- dinverbindung, welches dadurch gekennzeich net ist, dass man 2-Äthyl-4-amino-5-ogy- methyl-pyrimidin durch Einwirken von Jod wasserstoffsäure in das 2-Äthyl-4-amino-5- jod-methyl-pyrimidin-hydrojodid umwandelt.
Die so erhältliche Verbindung bildet Kristalle vom Schmelzpunkt 164'. Sie soll .als Aus- gangsstoff für chemisohe Synthesen verwen det werden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 6 g 2-Äthyl-4-amino-5-ogymethyl-pyrimi- din werden mit 60 cm' Jodwa & serstoffsäure (d 1,7) i/2 Stunde auf 90-100' erhitzt. Beim Abkühlen kristallisiert,das 2-Äthyl-4-amino- 5-jodmethylpyrimidin-hydrojodid in schwach gefärbten Kristallen vom F. 164 aus.
Process for producing a pyrimidine compound. The subject of the present patent is a process for the preparation of a pyrimidine compound, which is characterized in that 2-ethyl-4-amino-5-ogymethyl-pyrimidine is converted into 2-ethyl-4- amino-5-iodo-methyl-pyrimidine-hydroiodide.
The compound thus obtainable forms crystals with a melting point of 164 '. It should be used as a starting material for chemical syntheses.
<I> Example: </I> 6 g of 2-ethyl-4-amino-5-ogymethyl-pyrimidine are heated to 90-100 for 1/2 hour with 60 cm 'hydroiodic acid (d 1.7) . On cooling, the 2-ethyl-4-amino-5-iodomethylpyrimidine hydroiodide crystallizes in pale colored crystals with a melting point of 164.
