      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Honoazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung  eines     Monoazofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch  gekennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazover-          bindung    von     1-Amino-4-äthogybenzol-5-          sulfo    -n-     dibutylamid    mit 2 -     Ogycarbazol    - 3  (carboyl-1'-amino-4'-chlorbenzol) kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     32,8 g     1-Amino-4-äthogybenzol-5-sulfo-n-          dibutylamid    werden in der üblichen Weise       diazotiert.    Hierauf versetzt man die     Diazo-          lösung    zur Bindung der überschüssigen Mi  neralsäure mit     Natriumacetat    und rührt sie  in eine Lösung von 33,7 g     2-Ogycarbazol-3-          (carboyl-1'-amino-4'-chlorbenzol)    in verdünn  ter Natronlauge ein. Nach Beendigung der.  Kupplung wird der entstandene Farbstoff       abfiltriert,    gut ausgewaschen und getrocknet.

      Er stellt ein     braunes    Pulver dar, das sich  in Aceton,     Butylalkohol    und     andern    organi  schen     Lösungsmitteln    leicht löst und     Cellu-          loseesterlacke    in lebhaften braunen Tönen  von guten     Echtheitseigenschaften    färbt.
