Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines )ionoazofarbstoifes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Monoazofarbstoffes, welches darin be steht, dass man die Diazoverbindung von 1-Aminobenzol-3-(carboyl-diäthylamin) mit 2 . 3-Ox@maphthoyl-1'-amino-2'-methoxyben- zol-5'-(sulfonyl-n-dibutylamin) kuppelt.
Beispiel: 9,6 Gewichtsteile 1-Aminobenzol-3-(car- boyl-diäthylamin) werden in der üblichen Weise diazotiert. Hierauf versetzt man die Diazolösung zur Bindung der überschüssigen 3Tineralsäure mit Natriumacetat und rührt sie in eine Lösung von 24,2 Gewichtsteilen 2 . 3 - Oxynaphthoyl -1'- amino-2'-methoxyben- zol-5'-(sulfonyl-n-dibutylamin) in verdünn ter Natronlauge ein.
Nach Beendigung der Kupplung wird der entstandene Farbstoff abfiltriert, gut ausgewaschen und getrocknet. Er stellt ein rotes Pulver dar, das sich in Butylacetat, Xylol und andern organischen Lösungsmitteln gut löst und Celluloseester- lacke in roten Tönen von guten Echtheits eigenschaften färbt.

The subject of the present additional patent is a process for the production of a monoazo dye, which consists in that the diazo compound of 1-aminobenzene-3- (carboyl-diethylamine) with 2. 3-Ox @ maphthoyl-1'-amino-2'-methoxybenzene-5 '- (sulfonyl-n-dibutylamine) couples.
Example: 9.6 parts by weight of 1-aminobenzene-3- (carboyl-diethylamine) are diazotized in the usual way. Sodium acetate is then added to the diazo solution to bind the excess 3tineralic acid and it is stirred into a solution of 24.2 parts by weight of 2. 3 - Oxynaphthoyl -1'-amino-2'-methoxyben- zene-5 '- (sulfonyl-n-dibutylamine) in dilute sodium hydroxide solution.
After the coupling has ended, the resulting dye is filtered off, washed well and dried. It is a red powder that dissolves well in butyl acetate, xylene and other organic solvents and colors cellulose ester lacquers in red shades with good fastness properties.
