Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 210603. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserunlöslichen Azofarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser unlöslichen Azofarbstoffes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 2 Mol Diazoverbindung des 2,4-Dichloranilins mit 1 Mol Di-(acetoacetyl)-dianisidid kuppelt.
Der neue Farbstoff stellt .getrocknet ein gelbes Pulver dar, das mit Leinöl angerieben und auf Stein ,gedruckt einen klaren rot- stiehig gelben graphischen: Druck von guter Lichtechtheit liefert. In 01, Sprit und in :den Lösungsmitteln für Nitrocellulose ist der Farbstoff praktisch unlöslich.
<I>Beispiel:</I> Eine Diazolösung aus 192 g 2,4-Dichlor- anilin wird in eine wässerige Suspension von 215 g Di-(acetoacetyl)-dianisidid, in der 380 g wasserfreies Natriumacetat gelöst sind, eingerührt. Man führt die Kupplung durch Erwärmen auf 40' C zu Ende.
Das erhal tene Pigment stellt getrocknet ein gelbes Pulver dar, ;das mit Leinöl angerieben und auf Stein gedruckt einen klaren rotstichig gelben graphischen Druck von .guter Licht echtheit liefert. In 01, Sprit und in den Lösungsmitteln für Nitrocellulose ist der Farbstoff praktisch unlöslich.
Additional patent to main patent no. 210603. Process for the production of a water-insoluble azo dye. The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a water-insoluble azo dye. The process is characterized in that 2 moles of the diazo compound of 2,4-dichloroaniline are coupled with 1 mole of di (acetoacetyl) dianisidide.
When dried, the new dye is a yellow powder which, rubbed with linseed oil and printed on stone, produces a clear, reddish-yellow graphic: print of good lightfastness. The dye is practically insoluble in 01, gasoline and in: the solvents for nitrocellulose.
<I> Example: </I> A diazo solution of 192 g of 2,4-dichloro aniline is stirred into an aqueous suspension of 215 g of di (acetoacetyl) dianisidide in which 380 g of anhydrous sodium acetate are dissolved. The coupling is completed by heating to 40.degree.
When dried, the pigment obtained is a yellow powder; rubbed with linseed oil and printed on stone, it produces a clear, reddish-yellow graphic print with good lightfastness. The dye is practically insoluble in oil, gasoline and solvents for nitrocellulose.
