Description

Removable vessel closure. The invention relates to a removable vascular closure with a cap-like closure part with resilient tongues that rest against the vessel wall and an encircling ring surrounding the tongues with inner tightening surfaces, which tightening surfaces the tongues on the vessel wall when the ring is rotated in order to fix the closure press on, for example by pressing into a recess in this wall.

The known closures have the disadvantage that the tightening surfaces of the, To circuit ring, which must have as small a clear inner diameter as possible in order to allow the tongues to be pressed at all, he can only hold a slight slope, so that the ring is either easy loosens or requires a considerable amount of force to achieve a tight fit and, as a rule, the use of special opening aids are necessary for loosening, respectively. the arrangement of such on the surrounding ring.

According to the invention, the encircling ring for each tongue is provided with at least two one above the other, one after the other, coming to effect attraction surfaces.

The lower tightening surfaces are advantageously formed on a jacket part of the surrounding ring and are adapted to the shape of the tongue parts that work with them, for example roller eyelets, see above. that these are positively captured on the outside by the tightening surfaces. By arranging the lower tightening surfaces on a jacket part of the encircling ring, they can be shaped in such a way that the tightening surfaces completely release the tongue ends when the lock is released, thus making it easy to remove and open the:

       Enabling closure.

The tongue ends are expediently rolled up in such a way that the middle of the roller eyelets is laid outwards opposite the connecting tongue part. The encircling ring can be held on the cap-shaped closure part by the upper tightening parts between press-outs of the tongues.

These expressions can be triangular, trapezoidal or semi-lens-shaped in the side view and are Beschaf fen that they BEZW the mobility of the tongues. do not affect their resilience.

Two embodiments of the fiction, according to closure are shown in the drawing, for example. 1 shows a view from below of a closure in the open state, FIG. 2 shows a partially broken away side view, FIGS. 3 and 4 show two different positions as the closing process progresses in a view from below, FIGS. 5 and 6 the associated cross-sections, 7 shows, in partial section, a detail with a somewhat different design of the surrounding ring, FIG. 8 shows a section through the second embodiment,

namely in the right part in the open position and in the left part in the closed position, and FIG. 9 shows a bottom view of FIG. The cap-shaped closure part 1 of the closure is provided in a known manner with fe-reducing tongues 2, which include the bottle neck 4. The seal is made by an insert disk 3 made of cork or the like in the cap 1.

The tongues are provided with roller eyelets 8 at the ends, which can be rolled on according to FIG. 7 in such a way that the center of the roller eyelets is relocated to the outside in relation to the connecting tongue part.

The surrounding ring consists of a cylindrical casing part 5 with roughened handles 10, a casing part adjoining this with tightening surfaces 7 and an upper part with tightening surfaces 6 that is bent radially inward.

The upper tightening surfaces 6 act at the transition point between roller eyes and the rest of the tongue part, while the tightening surfaces 7 work together with the roller eyes 8 and are expediently designed so that they nestle against the outside of the roller eyes (FIG. 7). The roller eyes 8 are intended to reach under the bead of the bottle neck in a known manner.

As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 and 4, the lower tightening surfaces 7 have a greater slope than the upper tightening surfaces 6 and are pulled so far outward at the exit end that there is plenty of space between them and the roller eyelets 8 to allow effortless To enable the fastener to be pulled on and off (Fig. 2). This design ensures that the un tern tightening surfaces 7 only act on the roller eyelets 8 after a known rotation of the surrounding ring (FIG. 3),

when the upper attracting surfaces have already reached the end of their effectiveness.

The closure works as follows: After the cap is placed on the bottle neck (Fig. 1 and 2); the ring is rotated in the direction of the arrow. Here at first get the upper tightening surfaces 6 to rest on the tongues (Figure 3), where the bottle neck ge are approached by the tongue ends and thereby tighten the cap on the bottle mouth. With further rotation, the tightening surfaces 7 come to rest on the roller eyes 8 and press them firmly under the bead of the bottle neck.

The slopes and lengths of the attraction surfaces are dimensioned taking into account the tolerances of the thickness of the bottle necks so that the end position is only reached when the neck of the bottle is exceptionally small: To secure the surrounding ring on the cap 1, pronounced elevations 9 are used on the tongues, which with the roller eyelets 8 enclose the part of the ring that has the upper tightening surfaces 6 between them.

In the embodiment according to FIGS. 8 and 9, further elevations 12 are assigned to the elevations 9, which at the same time form the abutments for a third row of attraction surfaces 11. Below the elevations He 12 are inwardly facing jumps 13 on -den tongues are provided, which are pressed by the action of the tightening surfaces 11 in a recess 14 of the bottle neck. This embodiment, in which the formation of the various tensile surfaces corresponds to that of FIGS. 1 to 7, is intended in particular for vessels with a larger opening diameter.

The closure can be held captive on the vessel in a known manner by means of holding members which do not hinder the closure and opening of the vessel.
