Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung einer halogensubstituierten Acylaminosulfonsäure. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer chlor- substituierten Acylaminosulfonsäure, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass man N,N'-bis-(4- (6'- Methylphenoxyl - 6 - sulf o- phenyl)
- harn- stoff als Natriumsalz in Waeser gelöst, chlo riert. Die neue Verbindung, die zirka, 4 Atome Chlor im Molekül enthält, bildet eine krümelige, braune Masse und eignet sich zur Verwendung als Mottenschutzmittel.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 12 Teile des N,N'-bis-(4-[6'-Methylphen- oxyl - 6 - sulfo-phenyl)-harnstoffes, erhältlich aus 6'-Methyl-4-amino-1,1'-diphenyläther-2- sulfonsäure und Phosgen, werden mit ,der be rechneten Sodamenge in 1'00 Teilen Wasser gelöst und Chlor bei 60--45 eingeleitet, wo- bei man ,
durch Zutropfen von Natronlauge für dauernd alkalische Reaktion sorgt. Nach zwei Stunden wird das chlorierte Produkt mit @Salzsäure gefällt und als krümelige, bräunliche Masse erhalten, die 34,6% ge bundenes Chlor enthält.

Provides a permanent alkaline reaction by adding caustic soda. After two hours, the chlorinated product is precipitated with hydrochloric acid and obtained as a crumbly, brownish mass containing 34.6% combined chlorine.
