Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wertvollen     stickstoffhaltigen    Kondensationsproduktes.    Das vorliegende Verfahren betrifft die  Darstellung eines wertvollen stickstoffhalti  gen Kondensationsproduktes und ist. dadurch  gekennzeichnet, dass man 1     Mol.    Kokosfett  säure mit. einem     Mol.        Stearyldiäthanolamin          verestert.     



  Das     Kondensationsprodukt    stellt. ein  schwach bräunlich     gef        ärbtes    öl dar. Die lös  lichen Salze der Base, namentlich das       Formiat    und das Acetat, sind gute     Weich-          machungsmittel.     



       Beispiel:     351 Teile     techn.        Stearyldiäthanolamin     und 200 Teile     Kokosfettsäure    werden zu  sammen unter Rühren ca. 2 Stunden auf  170 bis<B>180'</B> erhitzt, wobei das entstehende  Reaktionswasser     abdestilliert.    Die letzten  Anteile desselben werden im Vakuum ent  fernt. Das erhaltene Produkt stellt ein    schwach bräunlich gefärbtes Öl dar. Beim  Neutralisieren der Base mit verdünnter  Ameisensäure erhält man eine helle Paste,  die in warmem Wasser etwas trübe Lösun  gen gibt. Die löslichen     Salze    .der Base, na  mentlich das     Formiat    und das Acetat, sind  gute     Weichmachungsmittel    für Textilien.

The last parts of the same are removed in a vacuum. The product obtained is a pale brownish oil. When the base is neutralized with dilute formic acid, a light-colored paste is obtained which gives slightly cloudy solutions in warm water. The soluble salts of the base, namely formate and acetate, are good softeners for textiles.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wert vollen stickstoffhaltigen Kondensationspro duktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, da3 man 1 Mol. Kokosfettsäure mit einem Mol. Stearyldiäthanolamin verestert. Das Kondensationsprodukt stellt ein schwach bräunlich gefärbtes ;Öl dar. Die lös lichen Salze der Base, namentlich das Formiat und das Acetat, sind gute Weich- machungsmittel.
