Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung ehaeg wertvollen @tlekl;oh,ltgge@a Hondensatgonsproduktes. Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver fahren zur @arsfellung eines wertvollen stick stoffhaltigen Kondensationsproduktes, wel ehedadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 1 :110l. techn. Di-(ss,y-dioxypropyl)-stearyl- amin mit 1 lfol. techn. Stearinsäure verestert.
Das Kondensationsprodukt stellt ein helles, sprödes Wachs dar. Die löslichen Salze der Base, namentlich das Formiat bezw. das Acetat. stellen gute Weich- machungsmittel für Textilien dar. <I>Beispiel:</I> 260 Gewichtsteile eines dem technischen Stearin entsprechenden Gemisches primärer Amine vom Kpl#. 170 bis 210 und vom durchschnittlichen Molekulargewieht 260 werden unter Rühren bei 100 bis 120' all mählich mit 148 Gewichtsteilen Glycid ver setzt, wobei je nach der Grösse des Ansatzes mehr oder weniger gekühlt wird, damit die Temperatur nicht zu hoch steigt.
Wenn die Reaktion beendet ist, was man daran er kennt, dass keine Wärme mehr entwickelt wird, so werden dem so gebildeten Di-,(ss,y- dioxypropyl)-stearvlamin 267 Gewichtsteile Stearin vom durchschnittlichen Molekular gewieht<B>267</B> zugegeben und nach Zusatz von 1000 Gewichtsteilen Xylol so lange in einem mit Abscheider versehenen Kolben am Rüek- flusskühler zum Sieden erhitzt, bis sich kein Wasser mehr abscheidet. Es wird dann im Vakuum das Xylol abdestilliert. Der Rück stand wiegt 658 Gewichtsteile.
Er stellt nach dem Erkalten ein helles, sprödes Wachs dar. Die löslichen Salze der Base, namentlich das Formiat und das Acetat, stellen gute Weichmachungsmittel für Textilien dar.
