Description

Orthopedic shoe insole. The repair of foot damage with orthopedic shoe insoles has been tried in various ways. The mass-produced and factory-made and finished on the market footrests made of metal and other solid materials want an approach of the diseased foot to the normal or. force healthy foot shape; However, such rigid insoles take far too little into account the individual circumstances and differences of the working person, that is, the foot performing the walking movements.

This deficiency is sought by the so-called individually worked insoles made for the tread, plaster cast and the like of the loaded and unloaded foot; they want to achieve the necessary correction and healing by precisely adapting the insert shape to the patient's foot. The diseased foot was also used for the direct formation of the insole itself in or outside the shoe, by placing a plastic mass that solidifies at a certain temperature under the diseased foot and was used as the insole body after it had solidified.

In order to increase the corrective effect, attempts have also been made to use the \. enclose moldable mass in a bag that is closed on all sides, but without always being able to ensure the desired effect. The plastic supports based on the functional self-imprint lack the necessary corrective permanent effect. The known insoles can either only partially correct the diseased foot or only provide temporary relief, since they are unable to take into account the various phases and needs of the healing process.

The present invention is now an orthopedic; Shoe insert that is ready to be molded inside the shoe by the pressure of the foot, which avoids the above-mentioned defects. It is characterized by the fact that the insert. has a lower, already preformed part and an upper moldable part.

The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the invention, namely in FIG. 1 a plan view of the insert and in FIG. 2 a section along the line I-1 in FIG.

The insert according to FIGS. 1 and 2 be seated a lower part 1, which already has a certain foot orthopedic, the intended corrective effects corresponding preforming, for example a slightly curved shape in the longitudinal direction and the arch 2 under the arch of the foot below, already preformed part 1. is the moldable part 3, which consists of a plastic, after molding (for example at a certain temperature) solidifying mass 4 be available. A cover 5 (bag, bag or the like) encloses the two insert parts 1 and 3.

The outer shape of the insert corresponds in whole or in part to the outlines of the foot respectively. the sole of the foot in the shoe.

For the final shaping, the insert with the still malleable mass is placed in the shoe and the body weight and the functions of the foot executing the walking movements are finished.

This results in the following: The lower, foot orthopedically already more or less preformed part 1 already offers the sick and deformed foot a reliable basis on which it can produce the individually precise shaping of the moldable part 3 itself. An important part of the molding work is therefore removed from the foot, which is usually painful anyway and therefore very pressure-sensitive, and assigned to the preformed insert part 1.

The rest of the design of the moldable part 3, for example the formation of the elevation 6 supporting the metatarsal bone vault or the bulge 7 that lifts the arch itself and lies beneath the sustentaculum Tali, is greatly facilitated by the diseased foot.

The shoe insert according to the invention, which can be adapted to both the foot and the footwear, does not have to extend over the entire length of the footwear in every case; it can be much more limited to the parts of the foot to be influenced. The lower preformed part 1 can also consist of a plastic mass that has solidified after the preforming.

Only then the solidification temperature of the same will have to be higher than that of the plastic mass of the upper moldable part 3; If the same plastic material is used for the lower preformed insert as for the upper moldable insert, or if the solidification temperatures of the plastic masses forming the two insert parts are the same, then the lower, preformed insert can be covered with a coating,

For example, by immersion in a water glass-like solution or the like chen against temperature influences more or less isolated BEZW. to be protected. which cause or facilitate a connection of the two insert parts. The pre-formed insert part 1 can also be a metal spring or the like. In this case, care must be taken. that both parts, 1 and 3, can be connected to one another in a reliable way, for example by gluing or the like. However, both insert parts 1 and 3 can consist of materials with such an affinity that they move under the influence of Combine heat, pressure or chemical processes so that foreign binders are no longer needed.

The sheath 5 covering both insert parts or only the moldable part is expediently open at specific, orthodontically relevant points, in particular at the edge. However, it can also be left out entirely, in particular if the two insert parts can be firmly connected to one another. Finally, the moldable mass 4 or the shell 5 substances for influencing (healing, strengthening, Nüh-Jung, etc.) of the foot or. be added to the foot muscles, for example means to combat foot perspiration or substances with radioactive properties.
