Description
) fit an insulating film connected to a carrier. The use and particular suitability of aluminum foils for insulating purposes is known. In addition to the reflectivity, a main advantage is the lightness of the material. However, when this material is used, particularly in building construction, the sensitivity of the foils presents unpleasant difficulties in processing, in that, for example, when the foils are attached, the material slits and. at all a care required that the average craftsman is not, which is why in certain areas such.
B. in building construction, despite the proven effectiveness, the application of these insulating foils has not yet penetrated. The invention eliminates these deficiencies in that the film is applied to corrugated cardboard and connected to it, so that a resistant structure is obtained. Thanks to this connection, you get a handy material which, in contrast to the sheer film, is self-supporting and even has a certain moment of resistance.
In the accompanying drawings, three different exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown in cross-sections.
1 shows an ordinary corrugated cardboard box without a film. b and d are two layers of paper between which the world paper c a is embedded.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, a represents an aluminum foil which is applied on one side to the corrugated cardboard b, c, d according to FIG. B. is glued.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, the aluminum foils a are glued to the paper layers on both sides of the corrugated cardboard b, c, d .
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, cardboard made of corrugated paper with a paper layer applied only to one side thereof is present, and the film a is glued directly onto the free waves of the corrugated paper.
Instead of aluminum foils, foils made of any other suitable material can also be selected.
