Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     wasserunlöslichen        Azofarbstoües.       Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur     Herstellunb    eines     wa3serunlös-          lichen        Azofarbstoffes,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man die     Diazoverbin-          Jung    von     1-Amino-3-bromanthrachinon    mit  1-(2'.     3'-Oxynaphthoylamino)-benzol    kuppelt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein scharlach  rotes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwe  felsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe löst.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  27 Gewichtsteile 1-(2'.     3'-Oxynaphthoyl-          amino)-benzo@l    werden in     verdünnter    Natron  lauge heiss gelöst, auf     Zimmertemperatur    ab  gekühlt     und    mit 10g     entwässertem    Natrium  earbonat versetzt.

   Hierauf lässt man eine Lö  sung von 41     Gewi        htsteilen    des sauren     Di-          azoniumsulfates    aus     1-Ami#no-3-bromanthra-          chinon    in Wasser     hinzufliessen.    Sobald keine       Diazoniumverbindung    mehr     nachweisbar    ist,  wird filtriert, gewaschen und getrocknet.    Man erhält ein scharlachrotes Pulver, das  sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit       rotvioletter    Farbe löst. Die Kupplung kann  auch .in saurem, beispielsweise essigsaurem  Medium vorgenommen werden. Ferner kann  der Farbstoff auch in Gegenwart von Träger  stoffen hergestellt werden.

   Er besitzt eine  ausgezeichnete Licht-, Öl- und     Überspritz-          eehtheit.

As soon as no more diazonium compound can be detected, it is filtered, washed and dried. A scarlet powder is obtained which dissolves in concentrated sulfuric acid with a red-violet color. PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasser unlöslichen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man .die Diazoverbindung von i-Amino-3-bromarithrachinon mit 1-(2'. 3'- Oxynaphthoylamino)-benzol kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein scharlach rotes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter .Schwefelsäure mit rotvioletter Farbe löst.
