Description

  

      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent Nr. 217238.         Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf     ein     Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstof-          fes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet,

   dass man     1-          Diazobenzol-3-sulfonsäureamid    in     sauremMe-          dium    mit     1-Phenylamino-7-oxynaphthalin-3-          sulfonsäüre    vereinigt und mit dem so erhal  tenen     Monoazofarbstoff    die     Diazoverbindung     aus     1-Amino-4-N-benzoyl    - N -     cyklohexyl-          aminobenzol    in alkalischem Medium ver  einigt.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein dunkles  Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit brauner, in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit     bordoroter     Farbe löst, und färbt Wolle aus saurem oder  neutralem Bade in lebhaften braunen Tönen  von sehr guter Wasch-, Walk-, Schweiss-,  Seewasser-, Bügel- und -Lichtechtheit.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Der aus der     Diazoverbindung    von 17,2  Teilen     1-Aminobenzol-3-sulfonsäureamid    und    33,8 Teilen des     Natriumsalzes    der     1-Phenyl-          amino-7-oxynaphthalin-3-sulfonsäure    in sau  rer Lösung hergestellte     Monoazofarbstoff     wird in Wasser mit überschüssigem     Natrium-          carbonat    gelöst. Zu dieser Lösung lässt man       unter    Kühlung eine aus 29,4 Teilen     1-Amino-          4-N-benzoyl-N-cyklohexylaminobenzol    herge  stellte     Diazolösung    laufen.

   Der     Diazofarb-          stoff    wird in üblicher Weise     ausgeschieden,     ausgewaschen und getrocknet.
