Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gemischten Harnstoffes mit     löslichmachender    Gruppe.    Gegenstand der vorliegenden     Erfindung     ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ge  mischten Harnstoffes mit     löslichmachender     Gruppe. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet,     dass    man     4,4'-Dichlor-2'-sulfodi-          phenyläther-2-0-phenyl-urethan    in Gegen  wart von Wasser mit     4-Chlor-2-aminophenol     umsetzt.  



  Der erhaltene gemischte Harnstoff ist neu.  Er bildet farblose Kristalle, die in Wasser  löslich sind. Er .soll als Zwischenprodukt zur  Herstellung von Farbstoffen Verwendung  finden.  



       Beispiel:     24 g     kristallisiertes        4,4'-Dichl.or-2'-sulfo-          diphenyläther-2-0-phenyl-urethan        PhO        Mol)     werden mit 10 g     kristallisiertem    Natrium  acetat, 16 g     4-Chlor-2-aminophenol    und  400 cm' Wasser unter     gutem        Rühren    längere  Zeit auf etwa 60   C erwärmt. Dann ver  setzt man tropfenweise mit 14 cm'     konz.       Salzsäure, saugt ab und wäscht mit Wasser  nach.

   Man erhält so in fast     quantitativer     Ausbeute den     gemischten    Harnstoff als Pul  ver, das durch dunkel gefärbte,     alkaliunlös-          liche    Körper verunreinigt ist. Durch Um  kristallisieren aus verdünntem Äthanol kann  es     gereinigt    werden. Man erhält dann den ge  mischten Harnstoff als farblose Kristalle.

The process is characterized in that 4,4'-dichloro-2'-sulfodiphenyl ether-2-0-phenyl-urethane is reacted with 4-chloro-2-aminophenol in the presence of water.



  The mixed urea obtained is new. It forms colorless crystals that are soluble in water. It should be used as an intermediate product in the manufacture of dyes.



       Example: 24 g of crystallized 4,4'-dichloro-2'-sulfodiphenyl ether-2-0-phenyl-urethane PhO Mol) are mixed with 10 g of crystallized sodium acetate, 16 g of 4-chloro-2-aminophenol and 400 g cm 'of water heated to about 60 C for a long time while stirring well. Then one sets drop by drop with 14 cm 'conc. Hydrochloric acid, sucks off and washes with water.

   The mixed urea is thus obtained in almost quantitative yield as a powder which is contaminated by dark colored, alkali-insoluble bodies. It can be purified by recrystallizing it from dilute ethanol. The mixed urea is then obtained as colorless crystals.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ge mischten Harnstoffes mit löslichmachender Gruppe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das 4,4'-Dichlor - 2'- sulfodiphenyläther - 2 - 0- phenyl-urethan in Gegenwart von Wasser mit 4-Chlo-r-2-aminophenol umsetzt. Der erhaltene gemischte Harnstoff bildet farblose Kristalle, die in Wasser löslich sind. PATENT CLAIM: A process for the preparation of a mixed urea with a solubilizing group, characterized in that the 4,4'-dichloro - 2'-sulfodiphenyl ether - 2 - 0-phenyl urethane in the presence of water with 4-chloro-r-2 -aminophenol converts. The mixed urea obtained forms colorless crystals which are soluble in water.
