Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines gemischten Harnstoffes mit löslichmachenden Gruppen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines ge mischten Harnstoffes mit löslichmachenden Gruppen. Das Verfahren ist dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man 5-Oxynaphthalin-7- sulfonsäure-2-0-phenyl-urethan in Gegenwart von Wasser mit 4-Oxy-4'-amino-azobenzol-5- carbonsäure umsetzt.
Der erhaltene gemischte Harnstoff ist neu. Er fällt in Form gelber Kristalle an, die in Wasser löslich sind und soll als Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von Arznei mitteln Verwendung finden.
Beispiel: s Zu einer Paste von '/1o Mol 5-Oxynaph- thalin-7-sulfonsäure-2-0-phenyl-urethan in 400 cm' Wasser werden 30,6 g 4-oxy-4'- amino-azobenzol-5-carbonsaures Natrium ge- P <B>C</B> ben, auf pss 7,2 eingestellt und mehrere :o Stunden auf 50 C erwärmt, bis der Um satz zum gemischten Harnstoff vollzogen ist;
das Phenol wird nach Ansäuern mit Wasserdampf abgeblasen und aus schwach alkalischer Lösung unter Kochsalzzusatz der gemischte Harnstoff aus 2-Amino-5-oxy- naphthalin- 7 -sulfonsäure und 4-Oxy-4'- amino-azobenzol-5-carbonsäure in einer Aus beute von<B>90%</B> in Form gelber Kristalle isoliert.
Process for the preparation of a mixed urea with solubilizing groups. The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of a mixed urea with solubilizing groups. The process is characterized in that 5-oxynaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid-2-0-phenyl-urethane is reacted with 4-oxy-4'-amino-azobenzene-5-carboxylic acid in the presence of water.
The mixed urea obtained is new. It occurs in the form of yellow crystals that are soluble in water and are intended to be used as an intermediate product in the manufacture of medicines.
Example: 30.6 g of 4-oxy-4'-amino-azobenzene-5 are added to a paste of 1/10 mol of 5-oxynaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid-2-0-phenyl-urethane in 400 cm of water -carboxylic acid sodium P <B> C </B> ben, adjusted to pss 7.2 and heated for several: o hours at 50 C until the conversion to the mixed urea is complete;
the phenol is blown off after acidification with steam and the mixed urea of 2-amino-5-oxynaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid and 4-oxy-4'-amino-azobenzene-5-carboxylic acid in one solution from a weakly alkaline solution with the addition of sodium chloride <B> 90% </B> prey isolated in the form of yellow crystals.
