L'étui à cigarettes représenté comprend uri boîtier 1 dans lequel sont ménagés deux compartiments longitudinaux 2 et 3, ce boî tier possédant un couvercle 4 à l'une de ses extrémités, et un support 5 adapté à coulis sement à l'intérieur de oon autre extrémité.
L, support 5, disposé à l'intérieur du boî tier 1, comprend un tube 6 dont l'une des extrémités est fixée à une plaque d'arrêt 7, et dans lequel est logé un ressort 8 suscepti- ble d'être comprimé par une tige 9 fixée à la paroi -du boîtier 1.
Au tube 6, p.arallàle- ment à celui-ci, est soudée unie plaque 10 sur laquelle .sont fixés deux conduits 11 destinés à recevoir successivement les cigarettes eon- tenrues dans ,les compartiments 2 et 3, ceux-ci étant séparés par une paroi 12.
Le couvercle 4 est muni intérieurement de deux ressorts à lames 17 et 18 soudés à son fond; ces ressorts sont destinés à presser sur les cigarettes 19 contenues dans. les oom- partiments 2 et 3 pour les chasser vers le support 5.
Le tube 6 comporte, eur sa face exté rieure, un .ressort 13 muni d'un taquet mt- tallique 14 destiné à venir en engagement dans une creusure 15 ménagée dans le fond 16 du boîtier 1,
lorsqu'il s'agit -de verrouiller le support 5 à l'intérieur du boîtier. A ce fond 16 est adapté un bouton poussoir 17 destiné à presser lé ressort 13 de façon à dé gager le taquet 14 et à libérer le support 5 qui est alors déplacé dans le sens de da flèche 18 sous l'action du ressort 8.
L'étui représenté est utilisé comme suit: Le boîtier 1 est rempli de cigarettes 19, le couvercle 4 mis en place avec ses ressortis est fermé, puis, pour extraire au moins une cigarette, ,le bouton poussoir 17 est pressé de façon à libérer le taquet 14,
le support 5 est repoussé vers l'extérieur par le ressort 8 et une cigarette peut être saisie sur l'un des conduits 11, puis une pression est opérée contre la plaque 7 de façon à ramener le sup port 5 à l'intérieur du boîtier.
Le ressort 8 peut être déterminé de façon que, sous son action, le support 5 ne sorte que partiellement du boîtier 1.
Il est prévu, dans une variante d'exécu tion, de ne ménager qu'un seul compartiment à l'intérieur du boîtier 1 et un seul conduit 11 correspondant. Il est également prévu de ménager, dans le fond 16 du boîtier 1, un buttoir destiné à limiter, vers l'extérieur, le déplacement du support 5, et formant arrêt pour le taquet 14.

The cigarette case shown comprises a housing 1 in which are formed two longitudinal compartments 2 and 3, this housing having a cover 4 at one of its ends, and a support 5 adapted to slide inside the housing. other end.
The support 5, disposed inside the housing 1, comprises a tube 6, one end of which is fixed to a stop plate 7, and in which is housed a spring 8 capable of being compressed. by a rod 9 fixed to the wall of the housing 1.
To the tube 6, p.arallàle- ment to the latter, is welded a united plate 10 on which are fixed two conduits 11 intended to receive successively the cigarettes held in, the compartments 2 and 3, the latter being separated by a wall 12.
The cover 4 is provided internally with two leaf springs 17 and 18 welded to its bottom; these springs are intended to press on the cigarettes 19 contained in. compartments 2 and 3 to drive them towards support 5.
The tube 6 comprises, on its exterior face, a spring 13 provided with a metal stopper 14 intended to come into engagement in a recess 15 made in the bottom 16 of the housing 1,
when it comes to locking the support 5 inside the housing. To this bottom 16 is fitted a push button 17 intended to press the spring 13 so as to disengage the latch 14 and to release the support 5 which is then moved in the direction of arrow 18 under the action of the spring 8.
The case shown is used as follows: The box 1 is filled with cigarettes 19, the cover 4 in place with its springs is closed, then, to extract at least one cigarette, the push button 17 is pressed so as to release the stopper 14,
the support 5 is pushed outwards by the spring 8 and a cigarette can be gripped on one of the conduits 11, then pressure is applied against the plate 7 so as to bring the support 5 back inside the housing .
The spring 8 can be determined so that, under its action, the support 5 only partially comes out of the housing 1.
Provision is made, in an alternative embodiment, to provide only one compartment inside the housing 1 and a single corresponding duct 11. Provision is also made to provide, in the bottom 16 of the housing 1, a stopper intended to limit, towards the outside, the movement of the support 5, and forming a stop for the cleat 14.
