Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 222797. Verfahren zur Darstellung eines metallhaltigen substantiven Azofarbstoifes. Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung eines metallhaltigen substantiven Azofarbstoffes und ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Disazofarbstoff der Formel

diazotiert, mit 2-Phenylamino-5-oxynaphtha- lin-7-sulfonsäure kuppelt und das Kupp lungsprodukt in den Kupferkomplex über führt.

werden mit 6,9 Teilen Natriumnitrit und 25 Teilen Salzsäure diazotiert und mit einer wässerigen Lösung von 31,5 Teilen 2-Phe- nylamino-5-oxynaphthalin-7-sulfonsäure in Gegenwart von 50 Teilen Natriumbicarbonat und 50 Teilen technischem Pyridinbasen- gemisch in der Kälte gekuppelt. Die Überführung in den Kupferkomplex kann mit ebensogutem Ergebnis beispiels weise auch mit Kupfersulfat in Gegenwart von Ammoniak vorgenommen werden.
