Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Salzes eines     p-Aminobenzolsulfamido-thiazols.       Es wurde gefunden, dass, man ein Salz  eines     p-Aminoib,enzolsulfamido-thiazols    her  stellen kann, wenn     man        2-,(p-Aminobenzol-          ,sulfamido)-thiazol    mit einem Wasserstoff  durch Natrium ersetzenden Mittel     umsetzt.     



  Die .neue Verbindung kristallisiert in  weissen     spiessigen        Blättchen    und ist in  Wasser mit schwach alkalischer Reaktion  leicht löslich. Sie soll als Heilmittel Ver  wendung finden.  



       Beispiel:     51     g        2-(p-Aminobenzolsulfamido)-thiazol          werdien    in 400 cm'     n-Natronlauge    gelöst und  mit 700     oms    gesättigter Kochsalzlösung ver  setzt. Nach     Stehen    über Nacht kristallisiert  das     Natriumsalz    in weissen spiessigen Blätt  chen aus. Es wird     abgesaugt    und mit Koch  salzlösung ausgewaschen. Es kann aus wenig  Wasser umkristallisiert werden.  



  Die gleiche Verbindung kann auch durch       Umsetzung    von     2-(p-Aminobenzolsulfamido)-          thiazol    mit einer Lösung von Natrium in  Alkohol hergestellt werden.

  The new compound crystallizes in white, sticky leaves and is easily soluble in water with a weakly alkaline reaction. It should be used as a remedy.



       Example: 51 g of 2- (p-aminobenzenesulfamido) thiazole are dissolved in 400 cm of sodium hydroxide solution and treated with 700 oms of saturated sodium chloride solution. After standing overnight, the sodium salt crystallizes out in white, sticky leaves. It is suctioned off and washed out with saline solution. It can be recrystallized from a little water.



  The same compound can also be prepared by reacting 2- (p-aminobenzene sulfamido) thiazole with a solution of sodium in alcohol.
