Doppelsitzventil.
A' anliegen.
Double seat valve. The invention relates to a double seat valve.
There are systems in which leakage losses should be avoided as far as possible, as they have a highly negative effect on the degree of efficiency. This applies, for example, to thermal power plants in which a gaseous working medium that needs to be heated to a high temperature describes a cycle under pressure. In such systems, however, the tight sealing of the to, ehen: the control and safety valves prepares particular difficulties, as they can handle both high pressures, e.g. B. spheres of 50 and more Atmo, as well as high temperatures, z. B.
of 600 C and more. Under such operating conditions, strong changes in shape, triggered by the stresses caused, occur on the valves, which can easily lead to significant leakage losses.
In order to remedy this inconvenience, in a double seat valve according to the present invention, the upper valve seat ring attached to the valve housing with the lower valve seat ring connecting slidably in the housing and the upper bolt connecting the lower valve disk are related to this dimension each other so that they are subject to the same tensile stresses over the entire pressure range and,
because the material of bolts on the one hand and webs on the other hand has the same coefficient of expansion and these parts also have the same surface, over the entire temperature range are also exposed to the same heatings and therefore experience the same expansion in the direction of the valve axis.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is illustrated by way of example, namely: FIG. 1 shows an axial longitudinal section through a double seat valve, only part of the housing of which is shown, FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II of FIG Fig. 1 and Fig. 3 a modification of a detail. In the figures, G denotes the housing of a double seat valve in which the valve basket sits.
This has an upper valve seat ring A 'and a lower valve seat ring Az. These two rings A1 and <I> A = </I> are rigidly connected by six webs C. A cover B screwed to the housing G presses the valve seat ring A 'against a shoulder of this housing, so that it can be viewed as firmly connected to the latter.
The lower valve seat ring Az is .da net angeord slidable against in the housing G. In order to prevent the escape of working fluid between the valve seat ring A2 and the surface of the housing G that is used for guiding, a tube divided into two pieces R 'and R' is provided, the upper piece R 'of which is sealed with the valve housing G. is connected, while the lower piece R 'is tightly connected to the valve seat ring A'.
At the subdivision point of the tube, the adjacent ends of those pieces R 'and R' are fastened tightly to the opening edges of an elastic, hollow-cylindrical ring body R3 cut open in its circumferential direction.
The double seat valve shown also has an upper valve disk D1 and a lower valve disk D ', which are connected to one another by six bolts E. A spring, not shown, which acts on the valve spindle .S, ensures that in the closed position of the valve, the plate D 'and D2 tightly against the seat of the ring A' respectively. A 'abut.
The pressure in the room HD is higher than in the room <I> ND, </I> so that. the valve has the task of controlling the outflow from the room HD into the room <I> ND </I>.
In order to prevent leakage losses along the spindle <B> 8 </B>, it is surrounded between the two valve disks <I> D '</I> and D' by a pipe which is divided into two pieces U 'and ZI', des sen ends rigid and tight with the neighboring plates Dl respectively. D = are connected. At the subdivision point, this tube is connected to the opening edges of an elastic, hollow-cylindrical ring body or bellows (TI) cut open in the circumferential direction.
The pressure exerted on the upper valve seat ring A 'in the closed position of the valve is absorbed by the cover B, while the pressure exerted on the lower valve seat ring A' is absorbed by the webs C, but with a free expansion of the seat A ' below is easily possible, please include. The bolts E absorb the pressure acting on the upper plate D '.
The webs C and bolts E are now dimensioned with respect to one another in such a way that the same tensile stresses occur in the same over the entire pressure area occurring, so that they also experience the same linear expansion. Furthermore, since the material of bolt E on the one hand and webs C on the other hand has the same coefficient of expansion and these parts C, E not only have the same mass but also the same surface, they will heat up and expand evenly at all temperatures.
This has the consequence that the plates D 'and D' lie tightly on the valve seats A 'bezxv. A 'is guaranteed in all operating states.
In the embodiment of Fig. 3, one end of the sealing tube R4 is not un indirectly fastened to the lower valve seat ring A4 be, but to a detachably connected ring h ', which facilitates the installation and removal of the valve cage.
