Dampfkraftanlage.
Steam power plant. The invention relates to a steam power plant with a main engine, an upstream switching machine and an upstream machine bypass line with a motor-adjustable control valve subordinate to a pressure regulator.
In such systems, the bypass line has the task of supplying the medium-pressure network, into which the exhaust steam from the upstream machine is fed, with steam even in the event that the downstream machine fails. This steam supply must be brought about very quickly if, for example, the emergency circuit of the ballast machine responds, if the downstream prime mover connected to the medium-pressure network is not to fall out of step.
Such a rapid opening of the steam bypass route always encounters difficulties if a motor-driven control valve is used in the bypass route, since such a valve, if it is also intended to allow sensitive control at the same time, can do a lot in the event of a malfunction slowly opens.
This inconvenience can be remedied according to the invention in that the control valve is operated in the opening direction by a second motor when the steam supply to the upstream machine is suddenly switched off. An embodiment of a system according to the invention is shown schematically in FIG. 2 and 3 as well as 4 and 5 show two suitable control valve drives for such a system.
In Fig. 1, 1 denotes a high pressure or live steam network, from which an upstream machine 2 is supplied with steam, the exhaust steam of which flows to a medium pressure network 3, from which the machine 4 receives its operating steam. The high-pressure steam is generated in a boiler 5. The steam path for the upstream machine 2 is bridged by a bypass line 6 in which a control valve 8 adjustable by a motor 7 is inserted.
The motor 7 is subordinate to a pressure regulator, not shown, by which it is controlled in such a way that the valve 8 opens to such an extent as the pressure in the steam network 1 rises, and when the pressure drops, it is closed that the steam network 1 remains the same pressure is maintained. Instead of an overflow control, as it is assumed in the illustrated embodiment, the control can also take place as an inflow control. In this case, the regulator monitors the pressure in the network 3 instead of the pressure in the network 1. The invention is of equal importance in both cases. The valve 8 can now additionally be actuated by a second motor 9 according to the invention.
This motor moves the valve 8 in the opening direction as soon as the steam is suddenly closed via the turbine 2, so as soon as, for example, the emergency shutdown of this machine occurs. The dependence of the control of this motor on the quick circuit is indicated by the pulse line 10 in the present case. The current path for the motor 9 leads via a limit switch which stops the motor 9 again at the same instant in which it has moved the valve 8 into the open end position.
The valve drive on the part of the motor 9 is designed in such a way that this motor opens the valve much faster than is possible on the part of the motor 7. This measure allows you to enter at any time. cause the valve 8 to open so quickly that if the machine 2 fails, there is no risk of serious disruption to the operation of the downstream steam consumer.
The two-motor drive of the valve is possible either by letting one motor drive the valve spindle and the other with the valve spindle nut, or by engaging a gear mechanism built as a differential gear between the motors and the valve spindle. The first-mentioned type of drive is shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the second type of drive in FIGS. 4 and 5 are reproduced.
In the drive, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the motor 7 drives the valve spindle 11 via a Sehneeke 12, a worm wheel 13 and a square 14, while the motor 9 via a worm 15 and a Worm wheel 16 sets the spindle nut 17 in rotation. The two screws 12 and 15 are designed as self-locking screws in this case.
The worm 12 is also mounted axially displaceable against the force of two springs 18 and 19 at the same time. If the torque of the spindle 11 exceeds a certain value, then the worm 12 wan changes to one side or the other and thereby moves on the way via a cam 20 one or the other ram 21 respectively. 22 of 111 momentary switches which then switch off motor 7. For the present use purpose, the Sehneeke 15 would have to be arranged axially displaceably in the same way and work together with limit switches so that the motor 9, when it has brought the valve into the opening end position, comes to a standstill.
In the figure, this switching device is not particularly presented.
4 and 5 show the above-mentioned second case of gear design for the two-motor drive. Here the motor 7 acts on a self-locking worm 23 which is in engagement with a worm wheel 24 in which two pins 25 and 26 are rotatably mounted. These pins carry gears 27 to 30. The two wheels 27 and 28 mesh with an internally toothed wheel 31, while the two wheels 29 and 30 mesh with the internally toothed wheel 32. The worm wheel 33, into which the self-locking tendon 34 of the motor 9 engages, is firmly connected to the wheel 31.
If the motor 9 is at a standstill while the motor 7 is running, when the wheel 31 is stationary, the wheel 32 rotates as a result of the differently large diameters of the wheels 27 and 29 and takes the spindle 36 with it via the square 35. If, on the other hand, the motor 7 is stationary and the motor 9 is in operation, the worm wheel 24 is held in place by the self-locking worm 23, whereby the wheel 32 is also in rotation again if the wheel 32 is rotated. Here, too, the two motors 7 and 9 can operate the valve independently of one another.
In the valve drive described last, the two motors 7 and 9 are switched off when one or the other valve end position is reached, again with the aid of an axially displaceable screw that acts on the limit switch via a cam. In this case it is the worm 34 that controls the limit switches. In contrast to the valve drive shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, this worm alone is sufficient to operate the limit switch for both motors.
