Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 288882. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Konden sationsproduktes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 4,4'-Di - (biguanido) - di- phenylharnstoff mit Formaldehyd und Di- cyandiamid kondensiert wird. Das Reaktionsprodukt stellt ein in ver dünnten Säuren leicht lösliches Harz dar. Es soll als Textilhilfsmittel Verwendung finden. <I>Beispiel:</I> 25 Teile Diaminodiphenylharnstoff und 20 Teile Dicyandiamid werden in 150 Teilen Wasser und 25 Teilen 30%iger Salzsäure ge löst und 1 Stunde gekocht. Die entstandene Lösung des Chlorhydrates des 4,4'-Di-(bi- guanido)-diphenylharnstoffes wird mit 8 Tei len 85%iger Ameisensäure, 42 Teilen Di- cy andiamid und 100 Teilen Formaldehyd 24/'o versetzt und durch 16stündiges Erwär men auf 60-70 kondensiert. Man filtriert vom Unlöslichen ab und dampft im Vakuum ein, wobei ein in verdünnter Ameisensäure leicht lösliches Harz erhalten wird, das als ausgezeichneter Waschechtheitsverbesserer Verwendung finden kann.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Konden sationsproduktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 4,4'-Di-(biguanido)-diphenylharnstoff mit Formaldehyd und Dicyandiamid kondensiert wird. Das Reaktionsprodukt stellt ein in ver dünnten Säuren leicht lösliches Harz dar.
