Description
Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent Nr. 288882. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes. Gegenstand vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kondensa tionsproduktes. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 4,4'-Di-(biguanido)-di- phenyl mit Formaldehyd und Dicyandiamid kondensiert wird.
Das Reaktionsprodukt stellt ein in ver dünnten Säuren leicht lösliches Pulver dar. Es soll als Textilhilfsmittel Verwendung finden.
Beispiel: Eine Lösung von 40 Teilen 4,4'-Di-(bi- guanido)-diphenyl in 200 Teilen Wasser und 25 Teilen 85%iger Ameisensäure wird mit 50 Teilen Dicyandiamid und 120 Teilen Formaldehyd 24%ig versetzt und durch 16stündiges Erwärmen auf 60-70 konden- siert. Das Reaktionsprodukt wird mit Am moniak aus der erhaltenen klaren Lösung ausgefällt, mit Methylalkohol gewaschen und getrocknet. Es stellt eine weisses, in verdünn ten Säuren leicht lösliches Pulver dar, dessen Lösung sich zur Nachbehandlung von Direkt färbungen eignet, wobei deren Waschechtheit sehr stark verbessert wird.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Konden sationsproduktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 4,4'-Di-(biguanido)-diphenyl mit Form aldehyd und Dicyandiamid kondensiert wird. Das Reaktionsprodukt stellt ein in ver dünnten Säuren leicht lösliches Pulver dar.
