Description

Green forage silo. The present invention relates to a green fodder silo. The subject of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment on the accompanying drawing. It shows: F'ig. 1 cut the green forage silo in height, Fig. FIG. 2 shows a partial view of two half-rings joining one another, FIG. 3 shows a vertical partial section through the joint between two half-rings lying one on top of the other.

The green fodder silo shown has the wall 1 formed from half-rings and the base plate 2. The half rings 1 grip the vertical joints with protruding ribs 9 and grooves 10 in one another (FIG. 2). The groove is coated with cement to bond the rib and groove. The half-rings joined together in the manner described form a full ring, which is placed on top of a similar one as a whole, in such a way that the vertical joint of the next higher ring is rotated 90 relative to the lower half-ring.

The lower edge of a ring engages with its rib 5 in the groove 6 of the underlying ring. Here, too, the rib and groove are bonded with cement. The space 4 present between the wall 1 of the upper ring and the enlarged part 3 of the lower ring is filled with cement.

The horizontal connection of the base plate 2 with the lowest ring 1 is the same as that of the individual rings among themselves. The center of the base plate, in which a siphon designed, not shown presented drain is arranged, is lower than its edge, whereby a slope towards the S.iphon drain is achieved.

Claims (1)

PATENT CLAIM: Green forage silo, consisting of a floor and a wall, characterized in that its floor consists of a base plate provided with a siphon drain and the wall consists of rings that are placed on top of each other and each formed from two adjacent half-rings. SUBCLAIM 1. Silo according to patent claim, characterized in that both the half-rings under them and the rings formed from the half-rings interlock with one another and with the base plate by means of grooves and ribs and are connected to one another by cement. 2. Silo according to patent claim and subclaim 1, characterized in that the upper edge of the wall rings forms an extension which accommodates the lower edge of the ring above it.
