Description

Removable building. There are several dismountable building systems, but their different constituent parts are either easily demon tables and then too summarily attached to each other, or else their elements form a solid whole, but are then heavy @ in my way. The number of different parts is also much too large and the variety of assemblies is a considerable drawback when it comes to combining various constructions.

The building according to the invention has walls formed from hollow elements comprising uprights and panels formed at least partially from two layers of boards separated by a free space, these elements being shaped so as to be able to be assembled together. others by juxtaposition. These elements can be easily connected to each other, for example by means of a tongue-and-groove ass-mbla: ge. The assembly of a wall is very easily done by the juxtaposition of the elements between corner pillars which hold the various elements together.

Preferably, the roof elements will be connected to each other by means. a cover and a joint cover. This roof can be hung from lists fixed on either part of the beam.

The appended drawing represents some examples of execution of removable building elements according to the invention. Fig. 1 is a horizontal sectional view through two wall elements connected to each other by means of a crest and groove joint.

Fig. 2 is a similar section, but through a wall element whose panel comprises, among other things, a window.

Fig. 3 is a vertical section which shows how the wall elements are joined by the lower longitudinal beam or its beam.

Fig. 4 shows a first and FIG. 5 a second method for connecting the roof elements.

Fig. 6 is a section through a joint connecting two roof elements.

Fig. 7 is a vertical section through the pinion.

Fig. 8 is a vertical section through another part of the roof.

Each wall element of the partially shown hut-shaped demountable building comprises a frame which has two lateral vertical uprights 1, one of which is shown to the right in FIG. 1 and the other on the left in fig. 2; these uprights are connected by a lower horizontal cross member 5 (Fig. 3) and a so-called upper horizontal 29 (Fig. 8). The frame, formed of the four pieces 1, 5, 1, 29 surrounds a double panel formed of two layers of boards 3 assembled and leaving between them an empty space.

On the, right part of fig. 2, the panel comprises also the uprights 4 of the window frame 30. The lists 2 are glued in one of the elements and the protruding part forms a ridge which penetrates into the grooves 31 of the adjacent element. The lower cross member of the frame 5 is introduced into a groove of the runner 6 (fig. 3); the upper cross member 29, on the other hand, is taken in a groove in the cornice 26.

This assembly gives the whole great stability. A wall is mounted by inserting the ridges and grooves of the various wall elements or wall-window elements into one another. The unrepresented pillars that we see in the angles of the construction prevent the walls from being dismantled. The sa blière 6 is bevelled at 7 to form a water return.

In fig. 4 are partially shown roof elements, the uprights of which are formed by two-part rafters 9 and 10 and support the boards 32. Part 10 of the rafter has a bead 14 which enters a corresponding groove in part 9 The roof elements are thus held against each other and the security of the joint is ensured by bolts 15 which pass through the rafter as well as a cover 11 and a joint cover 12.

The groove 13 is provided for the flow of water possibly entering the seal. It also allows the possible work of wood due to the temperature differences to which the roof elements are exposed.

In fig. 5 and 6. the rafters 16 are simpler than those of FIG. 4. The assembly by means of the cover 17 and the joint cover 12 is the same as in the. fig. 4. Provision is made for water and expansion, a drainage groove 19. FIG. 7 shows how the two sections of the roof are assembled by means of a cover piece 21 which is connected to the ridge 22 by means of a bolt 15.

In fig. 8, it is shown how is attached to the cornice 26 a bevelled list 24 to which the roof can be hung using the edges of a groove 28 provided in the covering 23 and which is arranged so that the bevelled edge 27 of the coating is introduced under the bevel of this list 24.
