Description

  

      Porte-mine.       L'objet .de la présente invention est un  porte-mine     comprenant    une pince à au moins  deux branches, contenant au moins une mine  et entourée d'une gaine, caractérisé par le  fait que la gaine forme le manche du porte  mine et que le serrage de la pince sur la mine       est    effectué par un     déplacement    axial de la  gaine sur la pince, la gaine se bloquant sur la  pince en même temps que la mine dans cette  dernière.  



  Le dessin annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du porte  mine faisant l'objet de     ,l'invention.     



  La.     fig.    1 en est une coupe axiale et la  fi-. 2 une vue en plan.  



  Pans la forme d'exécution     représentée,    le  porte-mine comprend une pince 1 à deux  branches 2 et 3, entourée d'une gaine 4 en  métal     recouvert    d'une couche électrolytique  d'oxyde     d'aluminium    formant manche creux.  La partie arrière non fendue 6 de la pince est  cylindrique et s'ajuste dans le manche de  manière     coulissante.    La partie avant de la  pince renferme une mine 5 dont le serrage  est assuré par le déplacement axial de la  gaine 4 dans la direction de la flèche f de  manière à ce qu'elle     s'engage    sur une partie  renflée des deux branches 2 et 3.  



  Pour utiliser le porte-mine décrit, il  suffit ;de glisser     U    gaine     axialement,    -en  arrière pour libérer la mine,     st    en avant pour    la serrer dans la position     voulue.    La pince en  métal poli dépasse -de la gaine vers l'arrière  et l'avant et contribue à l'effet décoratif de  la gaine.  



  En variante, une seule branche de. la  pince seulement pourra.     présenter    un renfle  ment. On pourra aussi     prévoir        une    pince à  plus de deux branches.

The object of the present invention is a mechanical pencil comprising a clamp with at least two branches, containing at least one lead and surrounded by a sheath, characterized in that the sheath forms the handle of the mechanical pencil and that the clamping of the clamp on the lead is effected by an axial displacement of the sheath on the clamp, the sleeve locking on the clamp at the same time as the lead in the latter.



  The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the mechanical pencil forming the subject of the invention.

  Pans the embodiment shown, the mechanical pencil comprises a clamp 1 with two branches 2 and 3, surrounded by a metal sheath 4 covered with an electrolytic layer of aluminum oxide forming a hollow handle. The unsplit rear part 6 of the clamp is cylindrical and fits in the handle in a sliding manner. The front part of the clamp contains a lead 5, the clamping of which is ensured by the axial displacement of the sheath 4 in the direction of the arrow f so that it engages on a swollen part of the two branches 2 and 3 .



  To use the mechanical pencil described, all you have to do is: slide the sheath axially, backward to release the lead, and forward to tighten it in the desired position. The polished metal clip protrudes back and front from the sleeve and contributes to the decorative effect of the sleeve.



  Alternatively, a single branch of. the clamp only will be able. present a bulge. It is also possible to provide a clamp with more than two branches.

CLAIM Mechanical pencil comprising a clamp with at least two branches, containing at least one lead and surrounded by a sheath, characterized in that the. sheath forms the handle of the pencil and that the clamping of the clamp on the lead is effected by an axial displacement of the sheath on the. clamp, the sheath locking on the clamp at the same time as the lead in the latter.

SUB-CLAIM Mechanical pencil according to claim, characterized in that the non-slit end of the clamp projects beyond the sheath, while at the opposite end, at least one of the branches of the clamp has a bulge, so that the branches are brought closer to one another by action of the sheath on this bulge during its axial displacement.
