Description

Fig. 11 zeigt als Ausführungsbeispiel eine Fuhrwerkswaage.

Fig. 2 zeigt die in Längsrichtung kontinuierlich durchlaufende Brücke 9.

Fig. 8-13 zeigen jeweils im Querschnitt diesen kontinuierlich durchlaufenden Träger.

Vehicle scales, in particular for rail vehicles.

The present invention relates to a Fahrzeuto, scale, in particular for rail vehicles, which can be built as a scale with or without vehicle tracks. It is known to those skilled in the art that the cost of material and labor for building the foundations is very considerable and forms a large proportion of the total costs of a vehicle scale. The invention enables these disadvantages to be eliminated, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, in which a scale of the previous type and an example of the type according to the present invention are each drawn to scale in a longitudinal section. The maximum load from the locomotive of a freight train N of the Deutsche Reichsbahn is set.

   Previous design:
According to Fig. 1, the axle loads may be located at the points designated by 2, which are transmitted by the bridge 3, which is a beam subject to bending, to the two pairs of points 4, which are usually far from each other. The loads taken up by the bridge 8 are therefore applied to the two pairs of points. re 4 concentrated. These loads concentrated in this way are absorbed by two pairs of levers 5 subject to bending stress and transferred to the foundation 7 at four points via four support bearings 6. These have to redistribute the loads over the building site as considerable soil pressure 8.

Example of the design according to the invention:
The loads 2 in FIG. 2 correspond in their size and their spacing to the already mentioned freight train N of the Deutsche Reichsbahn (spacing 1.6 m, axle load 25 t).

If the axle loads 2 are in the position shown between the individual supports of the bridge, it can be assumed that each load is distributed in approximately equal parts to the adjacent lever pairs 10, so that with the exception of the outermost lever pairs, each approximately half of one Carry axle load, each additional pair of levers carries approximately one axle load.

If one imagines the loads 2 shifted by half their distance, they are each located above or approximately above a pair of levers, and it can be assumed that, with the exception of the one relieved pair of levers, every further pair of levers carries approximately one axle load.

The pairs of levers 10 for their part transfer the loads taken over by the bridge evenly to the foundation plate 11.

While the arrangement according to FIG. 1 has a large concentration of the loads and thus the soil pressure, there is no actual concentration of load or soil pressure in the arrangement according to the invention according to FIG. 2.

(In both arrangements, according to Fig. 1 and 2, the dead weight of the I (onstruk-tion is not taken into account as insignificant. Taking into account the dead weight shifts the situation even more in favor of the arrangement according to Fig. 2.) The same load train The bending moments caused on the bridge, levers and foundations are only a small fraction in the arrangement according to FIG. 2 compared to the previous arrangement according to FIG. 1.

The greatest possible concentration according to the "Verein Mitteleuropäischer Eisenbahnverwal tangen" is the freight train N of the Deutsche Reichsbahn. The basic maximum load concentration is 7 axles of 25 t, spacing 1.6 m. The mean distances at least for the load lever pairs located within the four outer pairs are expediently chosen to be 1.6 m.

The two outer distances are appropriately somewhat smaller, e.g. B. 1.4 m. As a result of the statically indeterminate support of the continuous girder and the dead weight, the greatest possible load for a pair of load levers must be assumed to be somewhat greater, in the present case for example 34 t. The lever pairs are dimensioned for this load.

The bridge 9 must of course also be dimensioned in such a way that it can absorb the mentioned axle loads as a bending beam. If a scale is to be built that is only suitable for freight train G (Switzerland.

Secondary tracks) is dimensioned (distances 1.5 m, axle load 18 t), the distances between the pairs of load levers can be increased accordingly until the load-bearing capacity of a pair of load levers (34 t) is reached. The distances between the pairs of load levers are around 2.0 m.

In Switzerland. On narrow-gauge railways, the loads are still significantly lower: axle load 14 t, spacing 1.5 m. The distance between the pairs of load levers is, for example, 2.6 m in this case. The total length of the weighing bridge has no influence on the dimensioning of the standardized parts; one or more fields with pairs of levers are simply added as required.

In the case of relatively short weighbridge bridges and small axle loads (e.g. for narrow-gauge railways or as scales for road wagons): the case may arise that four or even three pairs of levers are sufficient.

Further example embodiments of the invention respectively. Details of these embodiments are shown in Figures 3-14.

3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 show schematically in plan, for example, various load lever arrangements.

8, 9 and 10 show, in cross section, various exemplary embodiments for railroad cars.

11, 12 and 13 show, in cross section, various exemplary embodiments of wagon scales.

The load levers 10 (Fig. 3-7) are supported with their long lever arm on downstream weighing parts. This can be, for example, a beam 14 which, as indicated in FIG. 3, is supported on two transmission levers 15. Instead of the beam 14, other balance points can be used, in particular those which allow the bridge dimensions to be changed without difficulty. There are z.

   B. parallel to the rails running torsion levers, or the load levers 10 downstream angle levers and tie rods. : There are four resp. five pairs of levers 10 and a corresponding number of points distributed over the foundation, at which the iE levers are supported on the foundation.

The load cutting edges of the load levers are indicated with 16, the support cutting edges of the load levers with 17.

Fig. 8 shows a track waa. ge using grooved rails 18 as a longitudinal carrier. : The space between the grooved rails is filled with concrete 19. This concrete, which forms a slab, serves both as a cross and rolling bond and as a waterproof cover. Tie rods 20 with nuts 21 outside the grooved rails hold rails and concrete together under pretensioning.

The channels 22 outside the rails allow access to the lever system.

The channels 22 are provided with a cover 23.

Fig. 9 and 10 show two railroad cars with iron bridge partially. The load levers 10 are attached within the bridge side members 24. The overall height of these scales is particularly small.

11 shows, as an exemplary embodiment, a wagon scale.

The bridge 25 is carried by the load levers 10.

The channels required to control the lever mechanism are covered with bars 26.

The concrete bridge 25 according to FIG. 12 is raised at the edge.

   A cover 27 covers the channel 22.

In this design, there is no upwardly open vertical channel between the bridge and the foundation, so that no dirt falls into the pit.

13 shows a concrete bridge 25 with double cranking at the longitudinal edges. The levers can be higher than in the construction according to FIG. 12. They are located next to the bridge plate and do not need a horizontal cover.

14 shows an arrangement in which the load levers 10 are supported on angle levers 30. These are connected to one another with tie rod 31. The horizontal tensile force of the pull rod 31 is diverted again into a vertical force 33 by means of the angle lever 32. This can be forwarded to the balance in the usual way.

The following should be particularly emphasized:
As a result of the low bending moments, the running rails alone (possibly also combined with other elements) can form the bridge's longitudinal girders, especially if grooved rails with a high moment of resistance and inertia are used.

A concrete slab tamped between grooved rails can serve as a cross and loop bond and as a waterproof cover at the same time.

Threaded tie rods can be tightened after the concrete has set and then act as tensioned transverse reinforcement. It can also be ensured that transmission elements to be connected directly or indirectly downstream of the load levers, e.g. B. pull or push rods, torsion levers, intermediate levers, can easily be adapted to the different dimensions of different sized scales, so that apart from the bridge only uniform, standardized components are necessary for different sized scales.

The load levers can be attached as high as possible, i.e. close below, to the side or within the weighing bridge, so that the support points and joints for assembly and adjustment are accessible from above and there is no need for an accessible pit under the bridge.

The scales described by way of example can of course be changed somewhat without the advantages of the invention being lost. In particular, the distances between the load levers measured in the longitudinal direction of the bridge (and thus their load-bearing capacity) can be chosen to be somewhat larger than mentioned, for example, in order to be able to adapt to certain bridge lengths standardized by the railway administrations.

The field width between two support points should be a maximum of 3.5 m in the described versions. Field width in the sense mentioned above is the distance measured along the weighing bridge between two pairs of load lever support points (17) following one another in the longitudinal direction of the bridge.

In the examples according to FIGS. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 14, this distance corresponds to the distance between the load lever pairs measured in the longitudinal direction of the bridge.

In Fig. 8-13, only one pair of support points is drawn in cross section. The distance between the support points of a pair in Fig. 8-13, measured transversely to the scale, has nothing in common with the field width of the same measured along the scale.

FIG. 2 shows the bridge 9 running continuously in the longitudinal direction. In the same way, although not shown, in FIGS. 3-7 and 14 there is a carrier running continuously in the same way.

8-13 each show in cross section this continuously passing carrier.
