Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Amidderivates. Es wurde gefunden, da.ss man zu einem neuen Amidderivat gelangt, wenn man Kokosfettsäureamid mit Crotonaldehyd und Thioglykolsäure in etwa äquimolekula.ren Mengenverhältnissen umsetzt.
Die Umsetzung wird vorteilhaft in der Wärme, z. B. bei 90-100 , vorgenommen, indem man beispielsweise das Amid mit dem Crotonaldehyd verrührt, anschliessend die Thioglykolsäure zusetzt und weiter rührt, bis sich eine Probe in verdünnter Natrium carbonatlösung löst.
Das Natriumsalz des neuen Amidderi- va.tes bildet eine schwach gelblich gefärbte, weiche Masse, welche in Wasser klar löslich ist. Die wässrige Lösung ist gegen hartes Wasser beständig. Das neue Erzeugnis kann als Textilhilfsstoff, z. B. als Wasch- und Schaummittel, verwendet werden.
Beispiel: 8 Teile des Amides aus techn. Kokosfett säure werden mit 3,7 Teilen frisch destillier tem Crotonaldehyd während 20 Minuten bei einer Wasserbadtemperatur von 90-100 , vorteilhaft unter Luftabschluss, verrührt. Hierauf werden 5,5 Teile T.hioglykolsäure zugegeben. Nachdem 30 Minuten bei 80-90<B>'</B> weitergerührt wurde, ist eine Probe in ver dünnter Sodalösung klar löslich.
Zur Auf- arbeitung kann das Reaktionsprodukt in @Vasser gegossen, mit Soda oder Natronlauge neutralisiert und im Vaeuum zur Trockne verdampft oder zur weiteren Reinigung zu erst als freie Carbonsäure abgeschieden wer den. Das Natriumsalz bildet eine schwach gelb .gefärbte, weiche Masse, welche in Was ser klar löslich ist. Die wässrige: Lösung ist gegen hartes Wasser beständig und eignet sich als Wasch- und Schaummittel.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Amidderivates, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man Kokosfettsäureamid mit Crotonaldehyd und Thioglykol:säure in etwa äquimolekula- ren Mengenverhältnissen umsetzt. Das Natriumsalz des neuen Amidderiva- tes bildet eine schwach gelblich gefärbte, weiche Masse, welche in Wasser klar löslich ist.Die wässrige Lösung ist gegen hartes Wasser be=ständig. Das neue Erzeugnis kann als Textilhilfsstoff, z. B. als Wasch- und Schaummittel, verwendet werden. UNTERANSPRUCH Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Umsetzung bei etwa 90-100 vornimmt.
