Description
Bodenreinigungsmaschine.
Fig. 4 und 5 zeigen Einzelheiten.
Floor cleaning machine. The invention relates to a floor cleaning machine with at least one cleaning roller and is characterized in that the cleaning roller driven by a motor arranged on the machine frame consists of several exchangeable parts.
On the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment from the subject of the invention is shown.
Fig. 1 shows the example seen from the side in partial section.
Fig. 2 shows the example seen from the side with the castors.
Fig. 3 is a top plan view of the game in partial section.
Figures 4 and 5 show details.
The embodiment shown is a floor cleaning machine with two cleaning rollers 1 and 2. The machine frame 6 has a platform 17 on which the motor 5 is arranged. From the platform go out two pairs of arms with parallel, fixed arms, on which the two rollers are rotatably mounted and thus support the Ge alternate 6 itself.
Each cleaning roller 1 or 2 consists of four partial rollers 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d and 2a, 2b, 2e and 2d, which preferably consist of brushes that sit on three sleeves 7 with which they are pushed onto a continuous hollow cylinder 8. The sleeves are rotatably connected to the cylinder by means of horn.
The sleeve 8 is in turn pushed onto the roller shaft 9, which is rotatably mounted at both ends in the eyes of the boom 3 and 4 by means of ball bearings 10 (fix. 3), with a geilverbindiuig being seen between sleeve 8 and roller shaft 9. At one end, the shafts 9 have a button 11 to be touched, while on the other side they have a ring groove 12 into which a spring-loaded organ 13 located in the eye of one of the arms 3 or 4 can engage (Fix . 4). The shaft is thereby secured in the axial direction.
The end part rollers la, 1d and 2a, 2d sit zen on the two end sleeves 7, which have radial disks 14 at the outer ends, on which parallel to the roller axis extending mandrels 15 are fastened by means of threads be. Only a single mandrel could be attached to each disc.
The partial rollers 1b, 1e and 2b, 2c connected to the end part rollers la, 1d and 2a, 2d each sit on a middle sleeve 7, which has a disc part 16 at both ends, which disc parts are penetrated by the spikes 15 where at the mandrels 15 are supported thereby. The plug-on mandrels serve essentially to guide and necessary rotary connection of the partial rollers with the sleeves 7 and to form a uniform overall roller.
Several weights are provided; which are designed as rings that can be slipped over the motor. By the same, the Ge weight load on the frame 6 and thus the rollers 1 and 2 can be changed as desired. The motor is arranged between the two rollers.
Tu the symmetry vertical axis of the Ge stelles 6 is the vertically arranged Mo gate shaft 18, which is designed at its lower end as a worm 19 which meshes on each side with a worm wheel 20, 21, which wheels are rotatably mounted in the frame 6 and with a horizontal shaft 22, 23 have an overhung V-belt pulley 24, 25. The V-belt pulleys 24, 25 are connected via (not shown) V-belts with corresponding V-belt pulleys 26, 27,
which are keyed onto the roller shafts 9 of rollers 1 and 2.
To replace partial rollers 1a-1d and 2a --- 2d for the purpose of forming different overall rollers, the spring grid 13 (Fig. 4) is slightly loosened so that the shafts 9 on the buttons 11 can be pulled out. After this, the hollow cylinder 8 and the sleeves 7 can also be loosened, which can be replaced by those with rollers of a different type, after which the parts are assembled in the reverse order.
A wheel device is provided so that the rollers can be lifted off the ground when not in use. This consists of one each. on each side of the frame 6 to the ordered wheel 28. Each wheel is mounted in a guide part 29 of the frame 6 vertically slidably ver, and a spring 30 (Fig. 5) seeks to push the wheel constantly up into a position raised from the ground.
The upper end 31 of the wheel bolt can strike against a control nose 32 of a hand lever 33 which is rotatably supported at the point 34. The hand lever 33 is also the actual handle for guiding the cleaning machine, on which it is touched and directed during work.
When the lever 33 is depressed, the nose 32 presses on the bolt 31 until the wheel 28 touches the ground. If the lever 23 is depressed even further, the frame 6 with the rollers 1 and 2 lifts off the floor, the whole being supported by the wheels 28 on which the machine is now. is mobile.
