E,-.. sind bereits Vorrichtungen bekannt. bei welchen der Luftstrom aus dem Kom pressor bei Überschreitung von gewissen Be triebszuständen, wie maximale Drehzahl oder maximale Temperatur, durch ein Ausblase- ventil teilweise nach aussen geleitet wird;
7 verbunden.
dass derselbe Regulieröldruck zur Bewegung des Brennstoffregulierventils und zum Öff nen bzw. Geschloasenhalten der Vorrichtun- gen 6 und 7 dient. Die Vorrichtungen 6, 7 und 17 werden alle an der Öldruckleitung 18 angeschlossen;
Parking and regulating device on gas turbine systems. In gas turbine systems with an open process, the load on the system is regulated by changing the fuel supply. The thermal capacity of the elements of the system, such as the turbine, combustion chamber, exchanger, means that a change in the amount of fuel only becomes noticeable as a change in performance on the clutch after a certain delay.
These conditions are even more pronounced when the system is suddenly relieved of load or when the machines are switched off quickly, e.g. B. because of exceeding the maximum permissible speed or temperature or because of damage to a machine part.
E, - .. devices are already known. in which the air flow from the compressor, when certain operating states are exceeded, such as maximum speed or maximum temperature, is partially directed to the outside through a blow-out valve;
as a result, the turbine receives fewer operating resources and the system reaches the Siillstaud more quickly. Since only an additional cross-section is opened to the gas or air, but a certain part of it flows into the turbine, this device is not very effective.
If, for example, the fuel shut-off fails at the same time, it is conceivable that the system will continue to operate and, sehaden, will be served. The present invention consists in that, for the rapid shutdown and regulation of the system, a blow-out device and a shut-off device for the air conveyed by the compressor are arranged between the outlet of the compressor and the inlet of the tubine.
The accompanying drawing shows schematically an embodiment of the subject of the invention. The gas turbine system shown has the compressor 1, the combustion chamber 2 with fuel pump 8, the turbine 3 and the driven Stromerzeu ger 4. In the line 5 between the compressor 1 and the turbine 3 is the shut-off device 6, which is elegant Lich is designed as a low-loss slide. 7 is the blow-out device leading to the outside. By simultaneous.
Actuate conditions of both devices 6 and 7 is blocked on the one hand, the air flow to the combustion chamber and the turbine; on the other hand, the air delivered by the compressor is blown out, so that the power absorbed by the compressor slows down the system. The cross-section released by the blow-out device is dimensioned so that the compressor does not start pumping.
The shut-off device and the blow-out device are controlled, for example, in such a way that one and the same oil pressure holds the shut-off device 6 open against a spring 9 and keeps the blow-out device 7 closed against a spring 10. The springs are set so that when the oil pressure drops below a certain level, the devices are closed or opened by the spring pressure. The oil pressure is maintained by a pump 11 via an orifice 12 and can be lowered to the desired level by opening a valve 13.
The valve 13 can be operated by hand or to a safety device (z. B. against too high a speed of the turbine or too high tempera ture) at any point in the system. It. can be advantageous, the actuation of the shut-off device and the blow-out device somewhat temporally. to move, for example by using a weaker spring in the shut-off device than in the blow-out device,
so that the latter opens at a slightly higher oil pressure and the shut-off device only closes at a slightly lower oil pressure.
The device described can also support the normal regulating process in the event of sudden, greater relief from the gas turbine system. For this purpose, for example, the fuel regulation is connected to a regulator 14, a speed adjustment device 15, a control slide 16 and a fuel regulating valve 17 in the manner with the shut-off and the blow-out device 6 and 7, respectively.
that the same regulating oil pressure is used to move the fuel regulating valve and to open or keep devices 6 and 7 closed. The devices 6, 7 and 17 are all connected to the oil pressure line 18;
The springs 9, 10 and 19 are then adjusted so that in the event of a sudden unloading of the system and the associated pressure drop in the line 18, the fuel supply is reduced by throttling at valve 17 only as much as to maintain the flame is just necessary in the combustion chamber, but the system is further relieved by blowing out and shutting off the air flow.
It. It is advantageous to adjust the springs in such a way that when the system is relieved from full load to idle, the blow-off valve is operated alone. With every further pressure decrease in the line 18, be it by hand or by the action of a safety device, the shut-off device 6 closes.
For certain systems it will be advantageous not to use the oil pressure of the fuel regulation directly to control the shut-off and blow-out device, but to switch on a converter between the two oil systems that allows the pressure profile to be designed as desired.
